The bedroom is very confortable e spacious. The team are friendly and the hospitality is incridible. A lot of services as welcome drink, happy hour, massages, restaurants, swimming pool, free tuktuk, tea time. When come to Siem Reap you definitely have to choose grand yard.

My partner and I had the most amazing stay at Grand Yard La Residence. From the moment we arrived, the staff made sure everything was perfect. Check-in was super easy and welcoming, and the whole place was spotless and so elegant. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was insanely comfortable—it was hard to get out of it in the mornings! The on-site restaurant was fantastic. Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the staff made the whole experience even better. Everyone we met was so friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We couldn’t recommend Grand Yard La Residence enough. Whether you’re visiting for work or just to relax, this place is perfect.

Where to begin with a review for this fantastic hotel? My wife and I have spent a lot of time in Siem Reap over the last 10 years and I think Grand Yard has become our favourite place we’ve ever stayed in the town. Firstly it’s a beautiful building; large palm trees stand along the white wash front while the smart architecture lets in lovely Cambodian sunlight and breeze to cool you down. The pool is a really decent size and the whole design of the place feels plush and really well maintained. When we arrived we were greeted by the amazing Chan. His staff bought us some refreshing Drinks and cool face towels and Chan took the time to sit down with us while we were all hot and flustered from our travelling and he got to know us and told us about the hotel, Cambodia and about him and his team. The team are lovely. They always stand up when you come down the stairs or through the main entrance and greet you with a big genuine smile. It’s really lovely, especially after a long day out cycling around the temples or town in the heat. Chan and the team helped us arrange local bicycles on two occasions (and at very short notice!) and Chan himself went out of his way (on his day off) to help me make a long distance call to the UK from a Cambodian phone to sort out an unexpected personal matter. With my UK provider charging £2.50 per minute he saved me a lot of money and a lot of stress. Thank you Chan! Our room (312) was really spacious with grey stone tiles, white wash walls with dark Cambodian wooden and bare concrete fixings. The lighting is great too.. it’s nice to have lots of options to light the room rather than just stark overhead lights. All the lighting makes the room very cosy. Overall the room was very stylish, minimalist and almost a bit Scandinavian. The housekeeping team were next level too. They made such an effort to maintain the building and our large beautiful room and always with lots of big smiles and gestures.

No vegan breakfast options, no gym facilities, large bottle of beer is very very expensive @ $5.50

Outstanding service by young (some are on the job-training) but they keen and willing to help, always readied for us umbrellas when we were about to go out during the rain. Checking about the satisfaction of our stay and offered assistance from room make-up to the excursion to temples with smiling Tuktuk driver.

Wow I am impress and excited since the first step I've been here. All staff are knowledgeable and told us lots of things to do. However, they've arranged a very good driver for us for temple trip. We highly recommend Grand Yard La Residence. Best place to stay.. See you soon. Cheers.!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

The staff were amazing. They were very helpful and were always there to greet us, every time we entered or exited the hotel. Booked the deluxe twin room with pool view and it was spacious and comfortable. The whole family (2 boys and wife) loved the pool and enjoyed it after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. And the location was great. Far enough from the bustling noise of pub street but close enough (3-4 min remorque ride away) to get to and enjoy. Not to mention that it’s close to a variety of different restaurants, including ones that serve French pastries and western foods, which lots of tourists flocked to. Thank you everyone at Grand Yard La Residence for being so welcoming and making our stay a memorable one. Will definitely come back the next time we visit Siem Reap!
