The staff are exceptionally welcoming. I really enjoyed my two-week stay with them, almost sad to say farewell ...My room was on the top floor, quiet, very spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the minibar was handy during my extended stay for emergency soft drinks late at night, the aircon worked perfectly, and the Cleaning staff greeted each day with a smile. I would like to say a special thanks to hotel Manger Khema and also Mr Chang and Lyda who I enjoyed several good conversations in English. As a solo traveller, this made a big difference during my stay. My favourite Tuk Tuk driver is called My Sinat, you can book him through the hotel ... He was my driver for serveral days around the city and temple tours. Add him to your Whatsapp as he's very reliable! The food in the hotel is brilliant. I also enjoyed the local cafe 'Mongkol Cafe' and 'The Muffin Man' - Both are 5 minutes walk. Also if you have time check out 'Spoons' Restaurant, a local charity that also has some of the best food in town. As a way of thanks, I offered to take a couple of staff pictures on my last day (see pics added). Nice to give back with my photography skills. Hope to see you all again one day. Adam

The price was right, and after I informed them I would like to check.in early the made it happen The place is nice for sure but a few things could be nicer ,grounds could be better ,pool area is nice and clean ,mattresses were perfect ,nice large bed The bathroom was nice separate shower

The fact there is no restaurant on site not sure why this is happening in siem reap ,not all guests want to leave and go eat elsewhere, sometimes after checking in its easier to just grab something at the hotel ,as well when people arrive later in the afternoon it would be very helpful to have some options in the hotel

I had an amazing stay at this peaceful hotel just outside the busy center of Siem Reap. Surrounded by lush greenery, it’s a perfect spot to relax, with a refreshing pool and a quiet atmosphere. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They arranged a tuk-tuk driver for me to visit Angkor Wat and Tonlé Sap, and I couldn’t recommend Mr. Kong more. He was friendly, reliable, and happy to adjust the itinerary to fit my plans. If you’re looking for a calm retreat with great service, this is the place to stay!

The room I had was very comfortable, plenty of space and a huge bed. . The setting is very nice indeed, out of the centre so it's quiet at night but 5 mins by tuk tuk to the centre of SR. It's a really nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Kids being allowed to play in the pool at 6:45 am, and making a noise as kids do but this is too early. The hotel staff should have at least asked them or the parents to be quiet. I ended up shouting out to shut up at 7am from my balcony!

1. Wifi wasnt working throughout. 2. They changed us to a single bedder room and added a smaller bed when we booked a 2 bedder room. They said room not functioning properly. 3. Towels not readily available for guests using pool 4. Bitten by many mosquitoes around the pool and restaurant. 5. Reception and restaurant do not have enough cash/change for us to make prompt payment.. had to delay and combine all together when chking out.. making it difficult to remember amt

Amazingly lovely and cozy boutique hotel with nice pool area. A lot of greenery around the pool. Like small oasis in the middle of the city. Very convenient connected rooms to stay with kids. Directly from the room to the pool. A nice sitting area in front of your room. Very comfy beds. Comparing with other hotels it was very quiet - no roosters or dogs in the night. We had super sleep. A free tuktuk to city centre was always waiting in front of the hotel. Water in the pool was just the right temperature. I loved and enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much and highly recommend.

It was a bit far from city centre but we personally liked that. Was quiet and it took just 5 min with tuktuk and vist around 1 dollar. The staff at the bar didnt speak much English and we had some funny misunderstandings with orders:) Didnt have vegan milk for coffee but its the case everywhere. There is red dust everywhere which is the case of entire city- just need more laundry. In general i liked the hotel really a lot. Almost nothing to complain about:)

I had a wonderful stay here, the staff were lovely Chang was lovely when checking me in after my flight got delayed and I arrived extremely late, he then checked me out checking I had a lovely time. The people who made my room everyday did an amazing job, keeping only the pillows I wanted on the bed and giving me fresh towels everyday. The place is beautiful from the outside and I had many people compliment it when I was dropped off from tours and friends I made during my time in Cambodia. I spent time by the pool, which was absolutely luxurious especially for the price I paid to stay there, and had an amazing much needed relax after long days exploring the temples.

The only downsides I would say was that the room was a little rough around the edges and the bed was pretty hard, however I was still able to have good nights sleep.

Everything was perfect for our stay from start to finish. We were collected from the hotel by Eric (courtesy of the hotel when we made our booking) & we used Eric every single day during our stay! Me and my partner have been travelling for months and staying here was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The rooms; massive. Felt like a honeymoon suite with great aircon, private bathroom and shower and stunning balcony overlooking the pool! The staff were the biggest highlight for us especially Chang; Chang was incredible from the moment we arrived. Informative, friendly, kind and so so helpful.. we were soooo sad to leave; truly! Chang was just Amazing, my partner was not well one of the days and he made sure we had everything we needed. He helped us find the best spots to visit and also gave us a great overview of Siam reap and all it has to offer, including coconuts from his home which he so kindly brought in for us on our final day! Thank you so much Chang, & to the beautiful staff from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and waitresses to the gardeners and taxis they have right on their doorstep who are happy to take us anywhere we needed to go! I so hope to return to Siam reap and of course I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Book; seriously.. you won’t regret it!

Everything WAS PERFECT!

It is an artfully decorated and extremely clean hotel. From the balcony you overlook large palm trees and the pool creating a peaceful sanctuary with the sound of birds chirping. Tuk tuks wait outside and in just 5 minutes you’re at Pub Street and in the middle of the action. The staff are highly attentive and do everything they can to make you happy and comfortable. They also help to arrange transportation to and from Siem Reap’s airport and to Angkor as well as to the other temples.. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, even better service oriented hotel (Tuktuk always available, fast and affordable laundry service, great food in the restaurant) and the best pool, I liked it so much here I stayed in a lot more then I was supposed to!

Nothing to be honest but if I have to say something it is that my room was on the second floor and my luggage had to be carried by hand.
