This is my 2nd year to stay with Amatak for a long 3 week stay. I was involved in volunteer work in Siem Reap for a period of time and Amatak looked after myself and my friends so well. We booked the family suite, which had many rooms and areas for private time and working on our projects. We had the option to book a conference room which we availed of many times as it has a big table with air con and plugs. The room itself was so nice, large comfortable beds and pillows. The housekeeping was excellent, the room was always so clean and the bed linen was changed regularly. The staff on reception were faultless, they were always so polite, attentive and professional and always made us feel so welcomed, asking about our day and showing interest in our work. We felt part of the family by the end of our trip. The pool and gym area is beautiful, it really is so relaxing and well kept. We availed of the breakfast and it was a great option to have if you didn't go out for breakfast. Lots of tasty options for everyone. Thank you so much Amatak again for supporting us on our stay and hope to return again next year.

The bed was like sleeping in heaven! It was great having the TV with all the different streaming services too. The pool area was lovely and the perfect balance to a hot day at the temples. The hotel staff were very helpful and organised a rental bike to be delivered to my hotel. They also booked me an airport shuttle bus which was considerably cheaper than a private taxi. All in all a great stay at Amatak!

You need to be prepared to tuk tuk everywhere or get your own transport as it's a 12/15mins ride away from town. Too far to walk. The gym wasn't very functional. No weight bench and the weights were too light.

The staff of the Amatek hotel are so welcoming and helpful. They are always smiling and friendly. The hotel is in a quieter area of Siem Reap. Our room was perfect for our 6 night stay with plenty of room. The pool area was perfect to relax after a day visiting the sites.

Not quite in the centre of town, but a short tuk tuk ride or a 20 minute walk.

This is a beautiful property with fantastic service and great location. The rooms are beautifully designed and extremely spacious. The hotel staff was always there to support for any queries and help we needed throughout our stay. I loved their breakfast concept of selecting meal options from the menu list, you could really see how much food waste was avoided by this as everyone ordered what they preferred and every meal prepared was customized to your liking. The hotel also provided complimentary pick up. Right at the entrance they had tuk tuk available to visit any place, they would also help recommend and make reservations as required. I thoroughly loved my stay and will highly recommend this property. I look forward to visit again!

Really lovely hotel and staff. The hotel has in-house restaurant in a stunning garden area, a large pool in lush setting with sunbeds. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Stayed in the family suite with private pool, 2 large bedrooms with bathroom and separate sitting room and a gorgeous courtyard and plunge pool - bliss

A beautiful stay here at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The restaurant had an amazing chef and the waiters were so forthcoming. I was sceptical eating sushi there, but it was so fresh and delicious. Even our 5 year old son enjoyed the kitchen there. Rooms were cleaned every day. Beds were very comfortable. The pool area was such a beautiful place to relax. We organized our tour to Angkor via the hotel and it was great. We will definitely visit again

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in with regards to service. For the whole duration of our stay, we were treated like royalty! The staff really do go above and beyond for you to make sure you are happy and it made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable! The staff genuinely do take the time to get to know you, help you with anything you need, without being too much. The facilities are great, The hotel is quite small so it is generally quite quiet! Would 10000% recommend and will definitely be staying again when we are in the area!

Great stay in every way: welcoming staff, great facilities. The location is close to tourist area but more quite and pleasant. Breakfast with many western and asian options. Hotel can arrange tuktuk for good price for temple and other visits. Loved the pool.

Great varieties of breakfast to choose from. My food was cold although the warmer was on. The manager did attend to it when I mentioned to the staffs. The staff was incredible there. They are so friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely go back.
