Delightful staff with great language skills. We were in & out at all times and there was always a team member to greet you. On early starts, they gave us a generous packed breakfast. Rooms were spotless at all times. Location is good - the lively(& noisy) centre of town is <10 mins walk. Loads of bars & eateries on the street, which is nonetheless very quiet.

Staffs are extremely good in service. They are smile all the time and willing to help us. You can tell what you want, they will try to help you ex. finding tuktuk driver, booking bicycle etc. (and the price they told us was good, not expensive). Room are spacious but the price is so cheap. The atmosphere here is quiet area, not too crowded. Comparing to the price with every experience they gave us, staying here is extremely wonderful!!!!

The packed food for seeing sunrise at Angkor Wat is all breads. No meat. but this point is ok, acceptable, because the hotel price is so good. The location may be a bit far from city center but it's ok to stay (You still can walk no need to book tuktuk, just walking around 7-10 mins from city center)

Amazing hotel. The staff were honestly super nice and friendly and made you feel so special. Breakfast was great, lots of food to fill you up. We will 100% be back.

I enjoyed my stay so much! The room was well-designed such that they kept many facilities available in a single room. The staffs were very friendly too and attentive. They ensured the check-ins are quick and helped all the way. We also had an extra guest with us but they are accommodative.

Unfortunately the breakfast isn't as satisfying and other comments about elevator is true but both points did not bother my stay at all

Had some issues with the facilities on arrival but was supported with much care. The team went well beyond my expectations. Thrilled with the putcome
