Almost everything was excellent at the hotel: it's quite a small, well-designed and relaxing place. Good, solid wifi for work, the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The food from the restaurant was delicious: over the days I was there I had numerous things from the menu and they were all very good. The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable with a good desk to work from. The bathroom was also a decent space with a bath and separate shower. They provided an efficient laundry service

As a break from the local food most of the time, opting for the more international choice for breakfast was disappointing. The amount of it that wasn't processed bread was a very small serving of protein/fat, with not much to speak of regarding a veg accompaniment; I definitely needed to go somewhere to have breakfast after the breakfast at the hotel. I would certainly return to the hotel though and just not have the breakfast.

The staff are exceptional hosts. They went the extra mile at all times. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. Great happy hour offerings from 3pm for drinks. Cocktails made by the staff were phenomenal. Breakfast options included were plenty and always fresh.

The televisions run on a subscription service for on-demand TV shows and movies. Sadly this service is not maintained by management. We were unable to watch any TV during our one week stay. The staff member, who we informed, did not provide any useful response. There were at least two nights a movie would have been great for us, and would only then give 10/10.

We loved the Oasis Harbor. From the minute we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a huge bathroom. The hotel is low level built around a pool with an outdoor restaurant at one end. It is small and intimate. There are sunbeds and pool towels for swimming/ sunbathing. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a good choice. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was always excellent. Location wise, you are a short walk from the centre….level and safe to walk. It was nice to be away from the bustle and noise of the centre. We felt this hotel had it all….and offered exceptional value for money. We will return!

The hotel has only 16 rooms, offering an intimate and peaceful experience for guests. Each room is spacious, with a large bathroom area and a bathtub. There is a small swimming pool, which is very useful in the hot climate of Siem Reap. The place is also adorned with lush greenery and charming stone statues of elephants and turtles, reflecting the spirit of Angkor. The dining area is also very pleasant. Thank you to the service team for being so nice and helpful.

The hotel is a bit tucked away, with no shops or restaurants nearby. However, for just 5 USD, you can take a tuk-tuk to the lively city centre. Breakfast is minimal, with limited options.

Our stay at The Oasis Harbor Hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially those at the reception—Brohas and the other two team members (apologies for not recalling their names). Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable. The hotel is perfectly located in the tranquil Wat Bo area, just a quick 5-minute ride by tuk-tuk or motorbike to the city center. Nearby, you’ll also find markets like Psar Leu, which adds to the convenience. The room was just what we needed—comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, and a functioning safe box (although my family experienced an issue with theirs in a different room). The pool was amazing, surrounded by lush greenery that made us feel like we were in a true oasis. Breakfast was another highlight—well-prepared, delicious, and with a generous portion size. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, location, and excellent service. Highly recommended!.

The only downside to our stay was the inconsistency with the hot water. Perhaps it was due to my own oversight or not switching something on, but the hot water supply was always a bit of a surprise—and not always a pleasant one. Sometimes it lasted just fine, other times it ran out very quickly, and occasionally, there was none at all. This was a minor inconvenience, but it’s something that could be improved for a smoother experience.

We felt very welcome from the second we arrived. We were too early for check-in. So we dropped off our luggage, got a welcome drink and went out to get some food. We came back still 1 hour early for check-in but our room was already done. Everybody was super friendly the whole time and we always came and left with a smile. The rooms are very spacious, have a nice big bathroom with a rainfall shower and bathtub and a comfortable bed. They are cleaned daily and smell good. The whole property is really nice and truly a little oasis. The pool is nice to have a dip in after a hot day. They have good wifi and a small table and desk to work at.

Sometimes they run out of hot water. But usually it just takes some minutes or you just turn the shower to the max. Not a big deal for us. They are located in the city and even they are located in a side street there will be a bit of noise from the street or the Wat Bo sports complex on the other side of the street. Their restaurant doesn't have many vegan options, but we got some fried rice for breakfast and some pasta for dinner.

We stayed here for 3 nights. On arrival, we discovered that the safe in the room was broken but it was replaced. Everything was OK and clean including the towels. The breakfast is à la carte. You can choose from 3 different options. I would recommend it to those who want to stay in a quiet place surrounded by greenery. Our overall impression is positive.

The pool could’ve been cleaner. Honestly, I stopped going in because of that brown and stinky line where the water stops. I know that it’s because their pool doesn’t overflow but I think that it should be scrubbed more often to avoid it from being seen and felt. The mattress is hard as rock. The door…

We only stayed at The Oasis Harbour for one night, but it was such a pleasant experience that we wished we had booked for longer. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is charming — peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed. Our room was cosy and well-equipped, perfect for a restful night after a day of travel. Even in our short time there, we felt well looked after. The location is also great — close enough to town to explore, but tucked away enough to feel like a little escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Siem Reap. We’ll consider coming back for a longer stay next time!

We just love this place. Ended up staying there for two weeks. We got 5 star treatment as the staff are absolutely professional in their conduct and interaction. They are clearly professionally trained in all aspects of hospitality The facilities are all of luxury standard. The photos on their site are a true reflection of what you can expect to find. A short walk to the pub street area. A tuk-tuk driver is always available from right in front of the hotel. The staff as well as the tuk-tuk driver are all very respectful and well mannered. The swimming pool was always sparkling clean. So were the towels and sun beds at the pool area. If you opt for breakfast, know that you will be spoilt by choice. Be assured that you will get more than what you will expect for the price you pay.
