Managed by a beautiful and helpful family: We arrived late at night, but Mr. Rathanak and his son waited for us by the road to welcome us and help us with our heavy luggage. He also booked transportation for us (from the airport, daily tuktuk rides, to Phnomh Penh). Then, he helped us plan our routes around the Angkor Park and gave us tips as well. One night we had to order food through Grab for dinner, Mr. Rathanak offered to speak with the delivery driver to ensure our food was delivered to the right address on time. Clean furnished rooms. We booked 3 rooms here. My sister got an upgraded room for free. Our rooms had drinking water, stove, kettle, sink, good AC, hot shower, etc. There's no TV but personally that's not a problem. You won't need that here. Breakfast: Mr. Rathanak's wife makes the best omelette! The breakfast they prepared for us daily was so filling our family would only eat lunch at 1-2PM instead of our usual 11:30AM. Cute and playful dogs: Playful Cecile made our day brighter! The bigger dogs Raptor and Rodan stayed right outside our rooms at night. Thanks for keeping us safe!

Not something negative, but just a note for other travelers: This property is set back a few hundred meters from the main road. The final 200m is a narrow road.

Super lovely stay here - felt warm and homely, with an excellent bed and clean room. The room was spacious. We also had breakfast here - serving us scrambled eggs and fresh fruit, lovely! It was also in a quiet area, so never had a bad sleep. The owners clearly care about their property, it’s always an honour to stay at these places! 5 stars, special mention to the lovely dogs.

Our room for 2 people was big, clean and comfortable. A fridge and a kettle were available. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We were brought from Rathanak free of charge to the bus and he was also helpful in planning our tour to Angkor Wat. As we didn't have a sim card for Cambodia he lent us one for the entire stay. We would like to come back again.

The upstairs room/apartment was fantastic! Big and spacious room with a comfortable bed, nice balcony area, kitchen area and clean bathroom with hot shower! Great WiFi. Nice breakfast - fresh bread and jam and fruits and hot drinks The owner is attentive and can help with organising tours and drivers to visit the temples

One thing to be aware of is that it is a 10-15min walk to town, and, unfortunately on our first night there were some aggressive street dogs, so we ended up using Grab a lot (although each trip is only about $1, so not really an issue!). We had a slight issue with timings being miscommunicated to our driver on our first morning (where we had hoped to leave early to be at the temples as they opened) so we were later than we'd planned to the temples, but the owner apologised and kindly took us to the ticket office himself to save us some time. Two tiny other things to note were that for some reason the soap wasn't replenished after the first day, and laundry took 2 days (when it's supposed to be a 24 hour service).

The host helped us plan some sightseeing and organised Tuk Tuks and provided a personal tour too as well as picking us up from the airport (sane cost as private taxi). Breakfast was excellent and the fridge in our room was really appreciated. Great that they organised laundry for us too :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was great to get into the city and to Ankor Wat by TukTuk. The breakfast was great. Breakfast gets provided as long as you do not leave very early to see Ankor Wat. Water was provided which was very appreciated. The garden is wonderful!

Everything about our experience was lovely. The room was comfortable, very clean, with a mini fridge and a nice hot shower. But the real charm came from Rathanak and Sokha who are extraordinarily hospitable. Rathanak picked us up from our late bus drop off, provided us with a free SIM card, drove us to some points of interest free of charge, helped us arrange travel to Angkor temples, and provided us with a late check out. Breakfast is tasty (delicious pastry, fresh fruit, good coffee). The property is a pleasant walk away from the bustle of Pub Street on a quiet street with ATMs on the corner along with a market for street eats. We could not be happier.

The bed was very comfortable. Quiet area. The room and bathroom was very spacious. Good value for money as it was cheap and nice. The guy lived next door and was helpful.

Not much really, it was what i expected.

This place was special to me. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with anything I needed. Including making arrangements for excursions and free pickup and drop off at the airport. The place was peaceful and quiet. I strongly suggest you try this place if your'e traveling to Seim Reap. Make sure to book in advance to secure a room. The prices are good. But the value is great.

we had a wonderful stay, the host family were all lovely and very helpful. they surprised me with a family dinner and a cake on my birthday. we had a tuk tuk driver (Sirat)who took us for two full days around Ankgkor. we had great fun. our breakfast was lovely, a great start to our day.
