This was an amazing stay!! The staff was so friendly and helpful at every turn. Breakfast was super easy and had good options and fruit! The pool was great and the room cleaning was super tidy! The hotel helped us arrange multiple different tours/drivers around the temples and at Angkor Wat. We were able to start all of our activities right outside the front gates.

We did have an ant problem in our room that was there before we arrived. We had no food in the room so they generally left us alone but were crawling on the walls and some bags.

Good location next to town centre at Siam Reap. Pool was great to cool down and room was spacious enough for a family of 4. Basic breakfast but good enough. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

Wifi was really bad. There is a lot of reviews saying the same so not sure why the owners dont fix the problem. We were in a room away from reception and there was no signal. They did try to fix it but we ended up having to go down to communal areas which was not ideal due to the heat. Breakfast could get busy when everyone one comes at the same time. FIX THE WIFI!!!

Affordable and comfortable accommodation, especially considering the size of the room. Room amenities were functional, if not a little aged, and daily servicing was offered if desired. Fresh 500ml bottles of water in the room each day was a handy bonus for a place where all clean water is precious. Pool area was stunning and private; should have spent more time splashing about there! Service staff did all they could to be helpful, including printing a visa page for my onward journey. Happily extended my stay when requested, too. Staff will organise transportation if required, but be mindful prices are mates rates for their friends.

Staff could sometimes be 'absent' from the 24hr reception, which did lead to a little waiting for some instances. Some fixtures were broken, or unloved, leaving the place feel without its polish. Location on Google Maps and physical location don't necessarily align, so keep a look out for the little sign on the street. These issues, however, were reflected in the price point. I'd say a bargain for what I got.

Location is good, just a short stroll to Pub Street area, markets and food vendors along the river road. Pool is clean and refreshing. My room, 105, is big , clean and bed is excellent. Good hot water and a small fridge. TV but the remote needed new batteries but I didn't bother as I just was out n about all the time.

Nothing to dislike , I was happy with everything.

The location very close to the central area by foot, restaurants, street food, markets, everything is close by. The pool was appreciated, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was helpful and reactive. Sheets were changed during our stay, the leaking shower head was replaced as well. Good value for money!

Minor detail, the irregular stair heights in the staircase can make you trip if you're not watching !

The sweetest staff! The pool was lovely and quiet most days. A basic but clean room and breakfast being included was fab. Great value for money as only around the corner from pub street but (5 minute walk) but was quiet that you couldn’t hear the music blasting at night time.

The location is calm but only 5 mn walk from very busy streets. The room is clean and big. The pool is very appreciated after a hot and exhausted day in the temples of Angkor. Breakfast is simple but correct with pancakes or eggs. The owners are helpfull.

You have to be carefull at the pool because there are some quite sharp tiles.

Breakfast was poor as a lot of other people have said- if you don’t like eggs then you’ve had it- rather pay a couple of dollars extra and get a decent breakfast

Our room was the closest to the road and we could hear a lot of noise during the night
