Everything was perfect! I asked for a transfer-my driver was waiting for me with the nameplate. My booking was upgraded, so I got honeymoon suite🙌 Breakfast was nice! Eggs,vegetables, fruits, croissants etc. I also booked 3day trip to Angkor there-for reasonable price with a good driver (I created my program myself, and there were no problem with that) Swimming pool area was great, very comfortable, and I ordered food and beverages right there! As for food I had lunch and dinner there, everything was tasty (strongly advise to try papaya salad👍) Stuff was incredibly attentive and kind!

Nothing really! Yes, it took like 10 minutes by walk to get to the city centre (not far), but if you want you can use tuk-tuk as well!

The facilities and rooms were top quality and all staff were very nice. Cheap for what you get.

Breakfast is a little average for the high price, and the map location on booking.com is wrong by about 1km. So it is further from pub street and centre etc. $1 usd tuk tuk ride required if you don't want to walk. The tours through the hotel are a lot more expensive than booking elsewhere. Also no free airport transfer as advertised. Cost $29usd for transfer.

First of all, this hotel is not where it is shown on the booking.com map. It is 1km further out of town opposite Bright University. This is only a US$1 tuk tuk though. A bit annoying as we thought we would be closer to food and markets but turned out to be a blessing as it is very quiet. Lots of little minimart style shops and a cafe next door. 10-12 min walk to Pub Street. Room was clean and spacious. AC was great. Pool lovely. Would have liked a place to store clothing etc besides the bathroom. Restaurant prices were reasonable, about twice what you would pay outside of the hotel. We ate at Golden Cafe and Best Mom (about 5min walk towards town) and their food was excellent. Staff were beautiful and friendly. Tours can be booked from the front desk and are very reasonable. Cheaper than what you’d pay on the street or through an app. Great choice of hotel for a stay in Siem Reap!

Rooms were spacious, with stated amenities included. A refill station for drinking water is also available. Breakfast available with set meal options or breads/fruits; can be pre-packed if you go on sunrise tour. Staff were extremely helpful and always gave prompt responses. They were always on the ball and went out of their way for their service. We booked all our tours/airport transfers with the reception and were satisfied with the good service with their drivers as well. We could spontaneously arrange for massages/food in the room over WhatsApp, which was really nice and convenient, especially after a tiring day out. The staff kept detailed itemised receipts for all the services charged, so we could request services spontaneously with the peace of mind that we can track and account for all the amounts before payment. I would like to thank the staff who took care of us - Hak, Phy, Panha, Thara - thank you for your effort and attention. You guys really made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Staff so friendly, best hotel food I’ve eaten

The hotel is stunning. The architecture and design are really pretty. Rooms are also comfortable and well cleaned every day. Location is alright, not very central but easily walkable in 15 minutes.

There’s a lot of ants in the fruit and bread at breakfast which is very unhygienic and gross. Breakfast setting is also odd as you have to order the food you want, so it’s not really a buffet. The food chosen is a large quantity so there’s easily waste. It’s be better to have a buffet so people can chose what they want and the portion they want.

We booked the ‘honeymoon suite’ and the room was spacious with good AC and a nice large walk in shower. The hotel restaurant was very nice and had a good included breakfast (a la cart) and reasonably priced and high quality dinner. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Pub Street and the more busy city center, but it was a pedestrian friendly walk and very quiet at night. Plus, there are usually tuk tuks waiting outside that are easy to grab.

I don’t think the hotel is quite as luxe as the photos suggest. A few things that could greatly improve the stay experience would be: higher quality towels and bed linens (my pillow had a few stains), nicer and less watered down shampoo and bathroom soaps, less lumpy pillows, and a deep clean (our bathroom sink had some grime around the drain). Also, the wifi in the room was pretty poor. Investing in a few of these things would make this hotel feel *really* nice. We also had an issue one night with people being really loud in the pool area late at night and had to call the front desk as the pool was supposed to close at 10 and the room balconies face the pool.

Nice and relaxing atmosphere, however, in the evenings there are quite a lot mosquitos, but that's what you get when there is pool and plants. In some comments there were complaints regarding slow wifi, but if to work downstairs and use restaurant wifi it worked perfectly and was possible to participate in online meetings. Staff friendly and nice, spacious rooms, easy to arrange additional services (laundry, taxi transfer, trips to Angkor Wat).

Maybe too much mosquitos in evenings, would be nice to have some kind of solution in the evenings, e.g. to use some antimosquito candles, etc.

I would recommend this hotel. The staff also recommended restaurants and places to visit; they were helpful and very attentive with their work, always helping me as much as possible, and the service was just wonderful! The wifi in this property was working perfectly fine so not much to complain about the wifi. The room was clean and overall quiet and comfortable. The amenities were well-appointed, and I needed more. I just asked the housekeeping team, and they're very friendly as well. The pool was nice, and it's clean; love getting into it after hitting the temples. Love to come back!

Large and comfortable room and bathroom, large beds, a lot of space to put your things. The area of the pool and the restaurant were very pretty. There was a choice of four cooked breakfast menus, although I would have preferred a buffet. The stuff was very polite and helpful.

Small details that would have made things easier, for example there was no hook for the towel near the sink or the shower. The bed was made every day but the floor not always swept. There is no elevator, luckily my room was on the first floor. Quite hard mattresses but I suppose some people prefer them.
