The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations or assistance. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, with a great menu and cozy atmosphere. The staff is incredibly helpful in this nice hotel. The building is positioned perfectly, a 10 minute walk from the busy city-centre. The pool looks great, the rooms have a lot of space and the bathroom was spacious too. The rooms are cleaned every day. Overall I'd stay again.

The TV didn't work, but I was informed upfront. The breakfast is the same every day, not much selection.

Pool is the absolute highlight! So nice and secluded, a real break from a lot of busy-ness. The room was really nice, super clean, and the bathroom was modern and spotless.

The safe didn't work in my room, and the floor outside in the corridor could get REALLY slippery after rain. The staff at the bar/restaurant were not the friendliest, but in general everything was great.

Room was really spacious and clean. The pool was also clean, and towels were provided on the lounge chairs. AC worked well. Location is great, about 10 min walking to pub street with tons of restaurants. Far enough away from the action that the room is very quiet/tranquil. Staff is extremely helpful. David answered all my questions and went out of his way to make sure my stay was going well.

Overall small things. If ever back, would stay here again -Would have preferred fresh bottles of water to reusable bottles. Totally understand the eco friendly aspect, but nicer when you can grab the bottle and go when needed. -The pool has a lot of children/families so it’s not a very relaxing environment most of the time. -They would do well to update or fix the furniture, the rest of the room looks really nice so it kind of sticks out like a sore thumb. -There are mosquitos in the room at times, I think they come in through the bathroom somehow, not sure

During my first visit to Cambodia, I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, promptly escorting us to our room upon arrival. The rooms were spacious, clean, and featured a unique touch with a balcony bath overlooking the pool area. The poolside seating provided a relaxing spot to unwind with a cocktail. Breakfast hours from 7am to 11am were the longest I've come across and catered to various schedules. The staff truly went above and beyond to assist with organizing activities and transportation, even arranging our bus to Phnom Penh at short notice and with no extra charge. If you're seeking a budget-friendly option without compromising on luxury in Siem Reap, I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at The Moon Residence was absolutely amazing! It ranks among our best hotel experiences ever. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful trip. Special mention to the operations manager, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. she made sure our needs were met during our stay and temple visits. Man, the tuktuk driver and tour guide, was fantastic as well. Riding with him for one day was a highlight of our trip. And The service in the restaurant provided impeccable service and added to our delightful experience good foods in the restuarant. The hotel itself is stunning, with a lovely pool area and relaxing rooms. The location is perfect within walking distance to pub street but away from the noise. If you're planning a trip to Siem Reap, book this hotel you won't be disappointed. I will definetly stay there again next time.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very satisfying stay. The only issue was that the water pressure in the shower was low. The location is a bit far from dining options, especially after a full day of walking. However, the hotel’s airport shuttle service was quite good. On our last night, we changed hotels because the other hotel charged a very high fee for booking a car to the airport. So we contacted this hotel to ask if they could help us book one of their taxis. The owner agreed, and the price was reasonable. We are very grateful.

Had an amazing stay at The Moon residence. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left 4 days later, all the staff were amazing ! Nothing was too much trouble. The reception team were so helpful in organizing trips and giving advice on the local area and arranging all the transfers. The room I had was HUGE !! It was the best hotel room of my entire 3 week trip to Southern Asia. It was clean, had a great veranda as well as a small courtyard area at the back. The pool is so tranquil and a great way to relax after a long hot day of exploring temples. A good menu selection for breakfast all cooked to order. The location is only a 5 minute walk from bars and nightlife including Pub Street. I love this hotel and will be back in November
