Excellent hotel in the heart of the city offering a complete range of guest services tour planing, rentals were booked and arrange in a quick matter of time very flexible and price offered by the hotel was good. the location of the hotel is good easy to get to the local market and restaurants nearby. Pub street and night market takes 10-15min walk to reach or a 1 USD ride with a tuktuk at the front of the hotel. the room was quiet clean and comfortable with good space and all the appliances and amenity you would need in the room. outdoor pool was clean and it was a nice spot to chill after a long day out at the temples.

The reception staff greeted you with a smile and a welcome drink and snacks, and were super helpful. The rooms were lovely, very clean and well styled. We stayed here during our visit to Siem Reap to see the Angkor temples. Everything was really nice about this hotel for us. staff is friendly, food in the restaurant is delicious and we also got massages at the spa which was really pleasant. They organized tuk Tuks for us to Angkor, reasonably priced.

The room was nice comfortable and clean , the staff was just incredible, very friendly and helpful. on site restaurant serve delicious food. pool and bar was next to each other. pool was clean and the happy hour cocktail deal was nice. good location easy to reach the local market or a 10-15min walk to pubstreet. We highly appreciate that we have been offered a late check out, because our flight was scheduled for 6 pm.

The hotel far exceeded all our expectations. The staff were perhaps the best I have come across and made our stay a truly memorable one. We now have such great memories of the hotel, staff and Cambodia. The pool was really good. Rooms excellent. Food good. But the staff stood out as the outstanding attribute.

I would advise guests to be clear and agree a price with Tuk Tuk drivers prior to setting off on any journey. Any subsequent negotiation should be approached carefully. This applies to drivers the hotel uses and elsewhere.

It’s a very nice hotel, smiling staff and food is ok.

There’s a mosque nearby that is too loud and play songs all day

Stayed at Indra Angkor Residence for four nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The rooms and facilities were clean, and the pool provided a great spot to unwind after exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to reach key attractions, and its role as a pickup point for tours and bus services was convenient. Breakfast was acceptable, and the à la carte dinner options were enjoyable, albeit on the pricier side. The young staff were helpful when needed, though some additional experience and training would enhance the service quality. Overall, it's a decent choice if you can secure a good rate.

Indra Angkor Residence in Siem Reap is a great hotel. The rooms are comfy, the staff is nice, and the food is yummy. The pools are cool and it's near Angkor Wat temple. Staying at Indra Angkor Residence will make your trip to Siem Reap fun and easy. I stayed there one night another day they provided me a great private tour with tuk tuk driver to Angkor Wat Temple Bayon temple and other temple on 19th of Mar I went to the temple at 8am in the morning and I got back to the hotel at 11:30am and I checked out at 12pm. the staff weree very friendly. But one thing for me is the bathroom was a bit small and wifi work well but sometimes very slow. but everything was okay.

The hotel is amazing, with excellent rooms, and with comfortable and nice decoration. We had lunch there and it was superb I highly recommend trying the amok dish. what truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding staff. Their service was nice with goood speaking English. . The hotel offers great value for the price, especailly breakfast only 5$ for one person laundry only 3$ dollar per kilo. They provided me a great tour for Big tour on the day I checked in on 18th Mar, I went for tour at 11am and came back at 3pm. everything was nice but wifi was a bit slow sometimes. I will definitely return to Siem Reap next time.

This hotel is a fantastic hotel in Siem Reap. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is welcoming, and the food is delicious. The hotel has lovely pools and is conveniently located near Angkor Wat temple, it was only 7km from the hotel to Angkor Wat temple. Staying at Indra Angkor Residence will make your trip to Siem Reap stress-free and enjoyable. and it's near the Pub Street it took 4-5minutes to get there. I always spent my time at the pub street restaurant between 8pm to 11pm. At the hotel was quiet at night so that you can sleep well. but one thing the wifi a bit slow sometimes.

Great level of service provided by all the staff of the hotel. nice rooms with all amenities, clean comfortable Room, the food at the restaurant were great. There are local stores and market nearby and some restaurants as well. Within walking distance to the night market and pub street. Will stay here again when I visit Siem Reap. The pool was clean and very nice to hang out in with some cocktails in the evening after a whole day tour arranged by the reception at the front desk, it was fun and we had great time as well, very hot but got to hang out at the pool after. Looking forward in coming back next year to see the other temples we haven't visit yet.
