We had an excellent stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. After seeing the many positive reviews on Booking.com, we decided to book this property — and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was outstanding, far beyond what we anticipated. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. One of my colleagues experienced a memorable moment during our stay. He was relaxing in his room and initially declined room service. Later, when he went to the pool to refresh himself, the housekeeping staff took the opportunity to clean his room. While he was at the pool, the staff member recognized him, waved from the balcony, and greeted him with a smile. This simple yet thoughtful gesture left a lasting positive impression on him. The laundry service was also excellent — fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. If we visit Siem Reap again, we will choose this hotel once more. We wholeheartedly and confidently recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It is a place where exceptional service, comfort, and genuine hospitality come together perfectly.

One small point to mention is that my bathroom was adjacent to the next room’s, so I could occasionally hear faint voices from the guests next door. This was not a major issue at all, but I wanted to share it for your reference. The hotel also has a small gym. If it could provide a wider range of dumbbells, including heavier ones, it would be even more appreciated.

I had a fantastic two-week stay at Mony Reach in Siem Reap. The hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Chang, the supervisor, who was exceptionally friendly and always went out of his way to ensure guests felt at home. His professionalism and warmth made a big difference in my stay. Overall, Mony Reach was the perfect base for exploring Siem Reap. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The gym could have a better AC and more weights

The Service was amazing. We had our wedding anniversary and they prepared some surprises which were so nice. A special thank to Ratanak for all his service he did (but also to the whole FO team: Chivid, Vibol, Neath, Neang). The Location is also perfect, in the middle of the town.

Only white bread instead of a e.g. whole grain bread/toast and only sweetened yogurt instead of a unsweetened natur yogurt. Some rooms are near the main street. Especially during the night you will here the noise of the traffic in these rooms.

The Mony Reach team is absolutely lovely! I had an amazing time there. It is close to everything, and people kindness is unmatched! The rooms are huge with a balcony to relax after a long walking day. I haven't used the swimming pool but it looked very lovely. Thank you for the wonderful welcome in your beautiful hotel.

I think the gym was on top of my room and I could here the weights hitting the ground and people running very early in the morning which used to wake me up around 6am when I wasn't on a day trip.

Had such a wonderful experience here, probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The property is absolutely beautiful with a great central location. When you arrive you are greeted with a cool towel, a refreshing beverage, and a delicious sweet treat. Your luggage is taken to your room for you. The staff really go above and beyond to give you a special and memorable experience, and treat you with the utmost kindness. One member of our party stubbed her finger out by the pool, and the staff immediately came to assist her and make sure she had good care. They even came up to our room later that night to bring her a hot/cool pack for her finger and check on her. For the days that followed, they continued to check in and make sure she was doing ok. Truly the most kind service I’ve ever seen or experienced from hotel staff. The room has a robe and slippers waiting for you and is super spacious and clean. Beautiful and gourmet breakfast buffet every morning with indoor and outdoor options. The pool is gorgeous and very refreshing after a hot day in Cambodia.

I can't rate this place high enough. The hotel is lovely, as are the rooms, but the people make it fantastic. The breakfast selection is quite varied and has changes made every day. Eggs, breads, congee plus a number of other asian dishes, salads, coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit, plus. As mentioned, the staff are so delightful to deal with. We have already checked out, and right now, we are waiting in the foyer for our ride to the airport in about 90 minutes. We were brought water and their tasty welcome drink. Fantastic service. The location is also terrific, nice walking distance to most of what you would want to see and do. There are many many very good small restaurants within a block radius .

We loved this hotel in Siem Reap! 10/10, would stay again. A big thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcome, and Mr Chang for making us feel like a part of his family while here. The staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean & a good size. The pool is beautiful!!!! The location was perfect - 8 min walk from pub street, 6 min walk from the night markets, 6 min walk to The Urban which was a great restaurant serving local & western food. They can organise tours for you - we had 6 people which was $45 USD + $15 USD for sunrise (not including Angkor Pass) which was a very reasonable price. The driver waited for us & gave us cold water/towels in between which helped with the heat. Overall excellent service. Thank you so much! Kia Ora from New Zealand

Definitely good location. Safe place to stay, I feel very welcomed as a female solo traveler during this time. All the staffs were very friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk manager (the tall one) who was very helpful and well spoken in English. He always understood what I wanted quickly, I didn’t have to explain much! Room 218 was spacious and clean. The tour arrangements to the floating village and the Angkor temples were great and my tuktuk driver was really nice!

Breakfasts were alright. Had a problem with my bathtub drain though.

Everything was great The location was amazing, very close from all points of interest within 5-10 mn range The room was very spacious (although lacked a bit of decoration). The bed was large (the pillows were a bit hard for the neck). The bathroom was spacious enough The personnel was nice and arranging. They prepared a breakfast box for our early departure.

The complementary toiletry (soap) was not enough for 2 (tiny bottle) and needed to ask the personnel to get a new one the next day. The breakfast was ok (not a lot of choice). We decided to eat outside the following day
