attention to the details. the hotel exceeds my expectations. we stayed 3 nights there and overall stay was very enjoyable. location is very central. staff are very kind and couldnt do more to help us in every way: the all always with a smile. we requested a calm room and our room was directed to a small residential area, so we had good nights. they offered free ice cream to our kid during stay and are genuinly kind with her. dining options are plenty and food quality is excellent. the breakfast was fantastic and best we had in siem reap. would recommend the place without hesitation

pool was a bit old and needs a good lifting in both water clarity and installations.

Everything arranged at the hotel was so immaculate, from cleaners to chef to concierge staff, everyone greets you with a smile 😊 Esp would like to thank Hotel Manager Himanshu and Kaviraj for extending their services to us! I highly highly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to stay at this hotel. Rooms are excellent, location is bang on, a stones throw away from Ankor Wat and Night market. Plus hotel gave us complimentary airport pick up, tuk tuk rides and plenty of free massages! 😊

A phenomenal hotel with every amenity you could need. The most beautiful grounds and pool, cultural experiences (including Apsara dancing and lotus flower folding) every morning and evening, and excellent food and cocktails. However by far the best part of our experience was the staff. They made us feel so special and went out of their way to ensure our every need was met. We will never forget the kindness of the staff and would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Nita, Marylin, Thary, Sithet, and our wonderful housekeeper Sith. The hotel also has regular tuk tuk drivers on call (and offer an amazing free Siem Reap city tour by tuk tuk) and we highly recommend tuk tuk number 16!

location and the staff were exceptional..very helpful and courteous to a fault and the location is a major plus..loved the chilled coconut served at breakfast..

It's not value for money. very expensive and without lawns/ grounds does not qualify as a " Park" Hyatt..reckon there is an amount that could be considered as location premium but beyond that it's very pricey..the menu was limited, portions at times small and highly priced. The rooms were very neat but amenities like the Television were average..the Smart TV was not Smart..

Fantastic experience and Park Hyatt never fails to amaze! Facilities were truly luxurious and clean, food was great (both breakfast and dinner) and rooms were also really nice. We would love to stay more just to enjoy the hotel facilities more. All staff were exceptionally good, polite, professional and very helpful on any enquiry we had, helping with the tours, facilitating late check outs, etc. Special thanks to both Bunthorn and Vuoch who ensured we had a great stay!

Everything was great!

Great hotel, excellent service, heartwarming staff, impeccable service, very attentive. The food was amazing, breakfast was a whole experience with coconuts, morning massage, artisans, lotus flowers and local food. The night show was an unexpected extra.

Hospitality, design, style, location. Bed was great. Bathroom was beautiful.

If the A/C-AirCon is not set correctly or turned off while gone (cleaning staff shut it off) the room would have very wet floors and walls from the humidity. We almost fell inside the room because of the slippery floor. It took 2 requests to get this resolved, not something I expect from a Park Hyatt.

Unforgettable stay and thanks to all the team, very kind and helpful. The hotel is excellently kept and with a real resort vive. Very high quality breakfast with à la carte selection.

The hotel is perfectly central that means very good to move around however rooms facing the streets are noisy and not ideal if you have a light sleep.

Beautiful getaway from the business of the city! Lovely accents of Cambodian culture, heritage and history. Wonderful and attentive staff who are engaged in the best experience for each guest. You can really see the pride that people take in their culture as there are a few events each evening to enjoy!!

We enjoying everything about Hyatt Siem Reap. Starting with the delicious and filling breakfast buffet, the pools, the excellent professional massage, the location of hotel, and the staff are always super sweet and attentive. Never a problem here and always fun to hear where other travelers are coming and going from. Worldwide hotel!
