The location meant that we were a 10 minute walk from most places we wanted to be. Foodcarts, shopping, markets, restaurants are all just outside your door. The Cambodian people are friendly and humble. The staff will bend over backwards to help you have the best stay possible. We included breakfast which they make to order and it was delicious.

My daughter and I found the beds to be firmer that what we’re used to. We had just come from Vietnam and are now in Bangkok, and this seems to be the norm in general. Not a criticism, just an adjustment.

We stayed 3 nights and loved our large room. The property is in a great location, 5-10 mins walk to Pub Street & there’s a great cafe across the road. The staff were exceptional, friendly & efficient. Enjoyed the breakfast too.

The beds were hard. TV didn’t work but we weren’t bothered so only reported it after checking out. The pool is undercover, just off of/open to reception so we didn’t use it. Instead we paid $7 each to get a day pass to the Two Seasons rooftop pool (few mins walk away) which included a drink at the bar.

Our room was huge with plenty of space and a balcony, the bathroom is a decent size too with large shower. The decor is nice with good lighting options and great aircon too. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Staff are lovely and smiley, very helpful. We arranged a taxi with the hotel to pick us up from the Airport and the driver was so welcoming and friendly, he gave us a great first impression of Cambodia! Breakfast is good with some western options. In a good location, with a short walk into the main areas, but very quiet at night as it is down a side street away from the main road.

We didn't use the pool as it unfortunately looked like it could do with a clean. No elevator, so not suitable for anyone who may struggle with a few flights of stairs.

The location is excellent. but access road is a bit tricky. From one side, it’s smooth. From another side it’s a bit bumpy but very short distance. Highly recommend for those wanna visit pub street as it is just walking distance.

The reception floor is a bit slippery. I asked for one big single bed and got confirmation via email that they can offer it. But when I arrived, I got two single beds. Not big issue anyway.

Like any place, there were a few minor things that weren't perfect, but honestly, they were easily overshadowed by the many positives of my stay. With an open mind and a focus on enjoying the experience, it's easy to look past those small things. As a small family-run business, it's understandable that they might not have all the resources of a larger hotel. But with a little understanding and appreciation for their efforts, you can really appreciate the unique charm and personalized experience they offer. While not everything was absolutely perfect, the overall experience was so positive that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others who appreciate supporting local businesses and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Remember, sometimes a little open-mindedness goes a long way!

The location was very close to the city centre if you want to call it, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always ready to help. The rooms were as described, beautiful little balcony and beds were definitely comfortable and the room had good air conditioning so we were kept cool on the warmest of days

The bathroom including a bath and shower had no door or anything to block it, which was very strange for some reason and the staff mentioned it was designed in the european style. There was a bit of rotting on the wooden bits in the bathroom and the chair on the balcony was broken too. My partner used a towel to wipe clean the bath after she had used a bath bomb and we got charged 2.5$ which we didn’t have time to refute on the last day.

Staffs are frindly. Loctaion is good. The room is big and bathroom is big. Value for money. It is clean.

It is loctaed in a side street and has no sign (it being in a rsidential neighbourhood). So it is a bit difficult to find the first and second times. There is no lift. So if you stay on the four floor, it may be tough with the luggages.

This was an absolute 5 star experience! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. Our room was spacious, smelled amazing and had a very comfortable bed with extra soft bedding! Location was perfect for us, just a short walk away from the city center. Without hesitation I would stay here again next time!

A small hotel/residence offering all you need. They only serve breakfast. Nice rooms at very affordable prices. Staff are very friendly. Central location and very quiet during the day and at night.

everything you need for a short stay... breakfast was limited but was OK...same couple of things each day... calm place ...just love the rooster at 4am....
