Good location, good sized room. Bathroom was ok but as it was a wet room everything got soaked. As the sink was in the main bedroom, with no soap, you had to leave the bathroom before you could wash your hands, which is not ideal given that Cambodia likes you to use the water gun. No storage was a couple of coat hangers so don't hope to unpack too much. Overall the stay was good but everything lacked luster!

Some staff were friendly but all lacked the enthusiasm or ability to get anything done. I booked the celebration prosecco package and despite emailing prior to arrival with this request and a time of arrival we had to wait in reception whilst they "ran" to get this completed. A shame really as $25 is not cheap for a couple of petals and some fizz.

Hello everyone! We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The hotel is great for tourists, clean, there is a nice swimming pool with a relaxation area. Our breakfasts were included, you can also have lunch and dinner there for an additional fee. But I would like to add some recommendations for the improvement of the room in which we stayed. For a more comfortable stay! In room 202 you need to put a small coffee table near the TV, put 2 cups for tea, 2 glasses, 2 saucers and teaspoons. There is a kettle there, but nothing else is there. There are no hooks for towels in the shower room. And there is no dryer or clothesline on the balcony. These seem to be little things, but they play a big role in the improvement of the room. We will certainly come back! I hope my recommendations will be useful! I recommend the hotel!!!

Good place. Value for the money. Its close to city and pub street. So, if you are not eating from hotel's resturant there are many food places. But i recommend their breakfast, espcially their chicken fried rice. Talking about the rooms, I have booked deulx room. So has space and comfi beds.

The AC was leaking water. Also the flush on toilet is bit confusing for me - i have to double press to stop the flush. Other than that no issues. But note for customers, the staff won't be there at night so don't expect any support at night time.

Fabulous location. Quiet off the main street but only by a block. Totally walkable to night markets, pub street, laundry, scooter rentals, shops, the bus station, and all the services right there. Pool area was adorbs and hardly used! Great place to have a beer or cold drink and unwind. Water feature noise was great after a hot day at Angkor Wat. The upstairs room had a fabulous little balcony and decent breezes and both fan and AC to choose. The staff was friendly and helped me book a bus and change plans when I felt under the weather for travel. Nice and clean.

Skip the breakfast. The bathtub was tempting, but after a minute I realized being big enough for two means it will waste tons of water, so I opted for another dip in the pool and stuck to showers

Nice little hotel located in the center of Siem Reap. Location is perfect and very convenient, all you need is in a walking distance (only a few minutes to pub street) The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant next to the hotel where they serve french street food is really good. Room is clean and comfortable for a good price.

Lovely little Oasis in the heart of Siem Reap. Easy 5 minute walk to pub street but still located in a quiet area for resting. Easy to rent motorbikes/cycles/tuk tuks around the area. The hotel is very clean and the staff take good care of all the areas. The pool area is absolutely lush and perfect to unwind after exploring the temples. Such a great deal and includes a nice hearty breakfast. We really enjoyed the omelette with enoki mushrooms. My favourite was the giant soaker bath in the room with unlimited hot water, which was a treat .

Love the place! All the staff are very nice and supportive during my stay. To be honest, the place is full of professional staff. The room is very clean, the AC is very cool, and the bed is very comfortable during my stay. I highly recommend the place to everyone!

There is nothing that I did not like during my stay. If I were to go to Siem Reap in the future, I will book and stay in this hotel again.

Great location, comfortable bed, good shower, very nice pool, excellent AC, very quiet for sleeping, incredibly friendly and cheerful staff.

Breakfast was not so great, no chair in the room, no fridge in room, they don't change bedding regularly, the stairs are narrow and dark, TV only got two fuzzy channels (although I generally don't care about that).

Overall nearly everything nothing really to complain

Only think I can say is the laundry service the hotel charges 2$ per kg and just next door and everywhere it's only 0.50$ so I felt that they over charged me. And if would like to have your room to be cleaned you need to tell the Resepsiyon otherwise they will.not do it.

Swimming pool and landscaping was perfect, the breakfast when available was nice and the location was perfect

One cockroach did find its way into the room, the tv did not work, no fridge, kettle or coffee, all of the breakfast options were unavailable apart from 2, the WiFi does not work in the rooms presumably due to the thick walls
