Clean and comfortable room. Reasonable sized swimming pool that enables you to have a bit of exercise, and the small garden by the pool is nicely kept. The hotel is around ten minutes walk into the tourist centre of the town, but there are quite a few bars/restaurants in the immediate area too. Plenty of small stores around there too, so you can buy food and drinks then keep them in the fridge in the room. There is a laundry close to the hotel.

The TV/Cable wasn't working, although to be fair, I didn't chase up on my original reporting of the fault as the Wi-Fi connection was good and I could use my lap-top to watch entertainment. The room I had booked didn't have a veranda as expected, but a bathtub as an alternative. That was a little disappointing as I prefer to shower, so the bathtub didn't really make up for no veranda.

When we arrived in Siem Reap there was a tuk tuk driver waiting to take us to Lavender. Check in went smoothly, a very clean comfortable room, very helpful staff, and the staff was helpful in getting us a tuk tuk driver for the 3 days that we were exploring Siem Reap. Our drivers name was Yeah and he was pleasant, took us where we wanted to explore, always had water available and answered some of our questions. A very nice pool area, but we were to busy exploring Angkor that we only had time to soak our feet at the end of the day(s). Thank you to all of the staff.

There is no breakfast available, but we did have a kettle in the room for hot drinks and a fridge. Our only disappointment was the 2nd bed. We were a family of 3 traveling together and the second bed was a box springs mattress. It would have been much more comfortable if it had a pad on the box springs.

The staff were very good. They met every request I had. They were very friendly and polite. Pool and surrounds were very private and clean. Nice gardens. Room was a great size for me. Very quiet at night. Not too close to Pub Street, just a nice walk home at night or $1-$2 on a tuk tuk. Plenty of food options within 100 metres. They have a tuk tuk driver (Ya) based out of hotel. Ya was super reliable. The staff looked after my scooter at night locking it away safely. Security cameras every where so safe for everyone, especially ladies. I was there a month and was very happy with the place and price.

The bed mattress was rock hard (for me but maybe I am just spoiled by the mattress at home). I don't know if that is a Cambodia thing. But you can get a 60 minute massage for $6.00 to rub out any sore spots. The bed was massive and the frame was solid wood, would take 3 men to lift it in there.

I stayed in the accommodation for 4 nights and I really liked it. The location is very central and yet very quiet, as it is on a side street. It doesn't take long to get to the center. I came from Phnom Penh in a mini van and the stop was on the outskirts of the city. But the hotel has a tuk tuk service and I was picked up and taken to the hotel. Great service. I also booked an Angkor Wat tour by tuk tuk, which was very good. You can book more tours. The hotel has a pool, so if you need to cool off. The room was huge for one person. I got a free upgrade because there were problems with the TV, which I never use anyway. But that doesn't matter in this case. I was also taken to the airport by tuk tuk. That costs a bit, but that's OK. The WiFi was good and stable. Small shops are in the near, if you are looking for a big supermarket, its only few minutes away.

We had a family room and it was huge. There was also a verandah at the front of the room to sit and have a coffee. The staff were super lovely and were very helpful with organising day trips, tickets for night shows and transport. Sokhen ( the hotel manager) was very easy to communicate with before and after we arrived and helped me with all of my enquiries. The hotel has tuk- tuk drivers and a driver with a car that they organise and we really liked having the same drivers and getting to know them.

The hotel felt very relaxing once inside and the pool was very nice. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. TukTuk drivers available upon request and lots of knowledge of the area. Very responsive when speaking via the Booking.com app also. Would highly recommend for a stay in Siem Reap!

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and generally, but no major issues. It would have been nice to have had the option to buy a variety of drinks from the bar, with maybe the option of some snacks.

The hotel is quiet and clean and the pool is fabulous. The room was spacious and neat. The staff was welcoming. The location is fabulous! It’s lovely to be a short walk away from the centre. It takes about 7mins to walk to central market. The restaurants nearby provide great opportunities to try local food. Skip Pub Street and eat locally.

The water in the shower isn’t very hot - was fine for us but might annoy others.

Spacious rooms with balcony, great air conditioning. Great value for the money. Located very close to many restaurants and shops/ laundry and few minutes from ild market and pub street by foot or tuk tuk. We didn’t use the pool area as we didn’t stay much but it looked nice. They didn’t offer breakfast but that wasn’t an issue for us because we liked eating out and there are plenty of options around. Staff is nice and helpful

Comfortable hotel with a superb pool and garden with great location

Just one incident at the end of our stay made our final impression a bit bitter - our driver who was recommended by the hotel - offered us a detour on the morning of our departure to Bakong ruins, without mentioning any extra cost since it is on the way to the new Siem Reap airport. On the day of our departure just after boarding the car he told us that this small detour will cost us 20$ more, requested by the hotel management. Just to put it in perspective, the whole airport transfer for a 50km ride was 30$, so this approximate 6-7 km detour for 20$ was a clear robbery - always negotiate every single detail ahead!

Great location, shops & restaurants nearby. 20 mins ride by scooter to Angkor Wat and 15 min walk to walking street. Lovely area to relax with pool. Staff helpful, sorted us with a scooter and booking an extra night. Beds comfortable.

Could do with extra sun loungers around pool for people to relax. If being really picky bathroom could do with more of a clean as window had dead mosquitos all over it, otherwise can’t complain.
