The hotel is not bad for its price: it has a nice little swimming pool, the location is good, and it’s not expensive, BUT…

Half of the reviews seem to be AI generated - they’re all 10 points, super generic and super positive. In fact, we checked this place on Google and were surprised - people were complaining about how the rooms looked like, that there was no hot water, etc etc. When we arrived, we asked to check the room first before checking-in: the rooms are outdated, the shower was hot but barely working. Cleaning ladies didn’t want to give us clean towels, but after we insisted - they did. There’s no proper cleaning and towels changing, they only collect the garbage and put some toilet paper (not every day, though). It’s not a bad option to stay in Siem Reap, especially because of the price, but be aware of some downsides.

Great location. In the evening, some good stands came near the hotel. My favorite restaurant, I forgot the name but there are always some guests there. For instance, Pho 1USD/4,000Rial. The cost of Noodles and rice starts from 1.5USD. Aldo staff are so nice and every time we visited there, they showed bug smiles as if we were their family members. Back to the story about the hotel. There is a place to refill water. Breakfast was perfect. We can choose Juice, coffee, tea, and every breakfast came with fresh local fruits in a spacious dining room. When our tour departed early in the morning and we didn't have time for breakfast. It starts at 6:30. They prepared breakfast boxes for us. They all are nice and kind. We appreciate it 🙏
