The Hotel was great. Quiet and peaceful. the pool was lovely to take a dip at the evening and on a hot sunny day. the room is beautiful. the staff was friendly and helpful. location is great. i was able to reach restaurant, shop and mall in a short time, very satisfied with my stay. thank you for the Great stay.

The staff made this place, so friendly and helpful. Didn't know all their names except Kim, Lin, Liza, and Moch but all great. Pool area and rooms spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, although 4 packages, 2 western and 2 Asian. Brilliant location up a side street with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance Great value. Would definitely recommend

Take plenty of mosquito repellent which seems to be Cambodia all over. Although it mentions a bath in the bathroom, there isn't. It's a wet room but has a curtain to separate the loo and basin from the shower which is nice and powerful

Thank you to all the people at the reception, they were absolutely lovely. If you need them, you can ask anytime and they will help you with a big smile. They're also reachable by WhatsApp. The breakfast is delicious! I was really surprised to pay less than 4€ for a complete breakfast (with a lot of options for the menu) with unlimited coffee, tea and juice. They offer a lot of tours but I can't tell about them because I had already booked through get your guide. However it's great to have the possibility to book activities and also taxi/tuktuk with the hotel.

The walls of the rooms are really thin, it means that if you have a unrespectful family next to your door (as I had) they can interrupt your sleep and the calm of the hotel. However, as I said, you can tell to the reception and they will intervene. That would be great to close the swimming pool from 9pm because we can hear anything from our rooms and some kids are really noisy. It's a bit far from city center by foot but you can manage with grab or tuktuk at the hotel.

Really nice stay. Probably the friendliest check in we’ve ever had with Kimyean, liza, Moch, leak, Pheap and soriya who gave us everything we needed and greeted us with smiles everytime we arrived and left the hotel. The rooms are good, TV, warm shower, large bed and lovely view of the sunset over the pool. Good location being close to local bakeries, restaurants, pubs and a short tuk tuk ride to the temples. The pool is nice and cold which is definitely needed after a day of exploring the temples, the hotel also provides comfy sun loungers and pool towels.

Flight arrived Cambodia airport at 12 midnight, the book taxi from the hotel did not turn up, airport about to closed up.The hotel paid half of the taxi fee to me next day. The room is so clean , new aircon, new hot water for shower, pool got clean every day. Room service everyday with bottle water , coffee & tea nad fresh bath towels. Western and local resturants, street food 5min walks. 7-11 like stores, laundary shops (US1 per Kg , wash, dried & Fold ) fast food just near the gas station. Full supermarket only 15 min walk along the main road with imports grade snacks and drinks. Lots of street food open after 7pm infront of a primary school,which is in the opposite of the main road. Tricycle just standby in the front of the hotel. I use Grad to check price and show the drivers to avoid overcharge yet not to rip driver off. Must get a sim card with function to call local phone + internet. Can communicate to the local guide when touring temples, making booking with resturant & local shows, contact own hotel when lost somewhere. Google map did not shows any houses or building arround the hotel, yet it is full of food and small shop arround. Bar street only $1 to get there, Musemum is $1.5 . $12 per person for airport bus book by the hotel. The pool is very clean to dip in and bargin cocktail from the hotel bar after a sunshine temple trip, or just to avoid the hot midday sun. Hotel provide clean bath towel in the pool. Water is sparking clean. Internet is fast. Most locals include the shop owners ,guide speak English or they have someone there speak English. Lift goes to each Floor .

Hotel resturant was not open to provide breakfast in bed. The bar is too basic, can not make fancy cocktail, but they have pissa and chips basic food.

I originally booked to stay for about 13 nights but ended up extending my stay to 17 nights at this hotel in one block and overall i had a very positive experience as there are very helpful and friendly staff who speak good English and the hotel staff kindly arranged a free pick up on my arrival from the bus station at my request, and they were also very accommodating with a room change on my 2nd day, and with extending my stay also. And i was very happy with the 2nd room with a pool view and i liked having the wardrobe and a small fridge and table, with a kettle and coffee making facilities in my room and there is also optional room service by helpful and polite HK staff. The bed was comfortable and i especially loved the swimming pool which is a decent size to swim lengths and i enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers also. I also really appreciated that there was a lift in the hotel and all in all its a very pleasant environment, and whilst initially i wasn't overly keen on the location, once i got the lay of the land i found it quite convenient as its walkable to the Royal Palace, and Thapul Road (with a good choice of cafes etc and to Angkor Mart 1 supermarket) so all in all i'd recommend this a hotel for a stay in Siem Reap.

There were some very noisy neighbours in the room opposite me for a few days (blaring TV on at about 5am and drinking beers just outside my room late at night, which kept me awake so sound proofing and management of inconsiderate guests could be improved. Also the AC in my room often stopped working and the Wifi was generally ok but rather slow especially in the evenings.

Great staff, super friendly and helpful with everything. Good facilities with the pool open till 10pm and restaurant if you need breakfast, lunch or dinner without having to leave the hotel. Number of tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel making it easy to get around or do tours if you didn't want to walk. Decent location off the main road so it's quiet during the evenings - about a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. 15mins to the market.

Prices of the drinks and food in the bar.restaurant were slightly hiked up in comparison to shops around us.

A Fantastic Stay at Harmony Indochine d’Angkor! We had the absolute best time staying at Harmony Indochine d'Angkor in Siem Reap! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The rooms? Absolutely amazing—super spacious, beautifully decorated, and ridiculously comfortable. After a long day of exploring temples, sinking into that bed was pure bliss. The food? Next level good! Every meal felt like a treat, and we definitely ate more than we should have (zero regrets). Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a quick snack by the pool, everything was fresh and delicious. Now, let’s talk about the staff—because they were the real MVPs. A special shoutout to Ms. Kim at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Not only was she super friendly and welcoming, but she also somehow managed to help us when we literally got lost in Angkor Wat (yes, it happened). Her kindness and quick thinking saved the day, and we can’t thank her enough! If you're planning a trip to Siem Reap, do yourself a favor and book this place. Great vibes, awesome people, and an all-around unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Wi-Fi could be better – If the internet was a bit spotty at times, that’s always good to mention. It’s not a deal-breaker, but for those who need reliable Wi-Fi, it’s something to consider.

The staffs were super friendly and helpful! Big shout to Liza, Kim, Moch and Brathna. They are full of joy and energy. They speak good English and always willing to go out of their way to help the guests. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, not too far from city centre nor Angkor Wat temple. It's located in a quiet area, so you don't wake up in the middle of the night. Nearby resturants and spa shops to your liking. Highly recommend this place! Goodluck to the Liza, Kim, Moch and Brathna.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Kim Yean and Pheap at the reception desk for arranging tours and transfers to the airport and for being so amicable all the time. Room was spacious, clean and quiet with constant supply of hot water. Breakfasts were good served in the open air restaurant downstairs by the swimming pool and with a choice of western and oriental food. Overall a positive experience and I would definitely recommend to other visitors to Siem Reap.
