It is a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. It has a beautiful pool. The rooms are very nice.

I was disappointed with the spa area and massage. It was in the basement, very dark and uninviting. The massage room was very basic, not nice. The masseuse put on music on her phone which stopped playing and she didn't turn it on again. She did not understand what I was saying to her. I was also disappointed in the massage. I had an herbal compress massage described in the brochure as "in conjunction with traditional Thai massage. The compresses did not seem herbal and there was no Thai massage as I have experienced it recently in Thailand. If you want a massage go to a recommended local place.

Everything! We were in awe and amazed from the second we arrived at the beauty and elegance of the property. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was amazing, spacious, classic, and so incredible. Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the breakfast room elegantly decorated. The pool was incredible just what we needed on a hot day. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very yummy.

The mattress was a little hard for out liking, but the staff were quick to provide us with an extra mattress protector.

It was my second time in the hotel and again my stay was very pleasant. The room if spacious and the balcony is big as well. The personnel was very nice and helpful. Since I came long before the check in, the reception let me leave my luggage at the desk, so I could go explore the city and Angkor Wat. Later we were served a drink and a cold towel which was very nice and alvific at that moment. The pool area is big. The breakfast were also huge and tasty. What may seem to be a small thing but was very important to me was the AC not directed to my bed. As an European I am not used to it and I cannot sleep with the air blowing at me all night. Since that wasn't the case in this room, I had the best sleep during my whole stay in Cambodia. I wish I could stay there longer. I will for sure recommend that place to everyone.

This is a great hotel with a traditional approach to service. All the staff are happy and helpful, as well as keen to be extra helpful. We dined there each evening also and the food was great, both Asian and Western dishes on the menu so we enjoyed some variety.

Hotel has a good location to explore Siem Reap, to take a Tuk Tuk to Angkor Wat temple areas. The breakfast provides all you need to start the day, live cooking station, coffee/tea/water/juice/fruits Rooms are good/ large enough and equipped with fridge, water cooked, coffee/tea, safe...

Very beautiful place the staff was very polite and professional. The room was very nice. My room view was not very good but that’s OK. The pool was very nice. I would stay here again.

Huge room, great pool and breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Bed was very hard, toilet was too close to shower screen, not sure if all rooms have that issue. When a large bus group came to stay the food service in the bar was very slow.

Amazing staff - so helpful pool great steam and sauna facilities - real treat to have this location - great and near local city centre lovely traditional furniture and the hotel has alot of character Good selection for breakfast and lovely egg station

only criticism is the gym, this needs some investment

Nice pool, 2.4 meters depth. Breakfast is normal, menu is not chaging during day by day but accepatble. Staf was very friendly and good English Speaking, Location is just 1 km from the center.

Restaurant service was very slow despite quite huge menu prices. We had being waiting for 1.5 hors to get our order. Very hard pillows in the room. It is recommended to get small soft pillows.
