I spent a week at Mom's. The location was great, about a kilometre walk along the river to the markets and pub street. Plenty of good places to eat close by. There is a pharmacy and supermarket with 100 metres. Mom and family are very friendly, gave me some fruit from their farm a few times.

The bed's were a little hard, but I still slept well. It would be good if there was a power outlet near the bed.

I am very satisfied and delighted with my stay at the "Mom's Guesthouse". The hotel is centrally located. The staff is extremely friendly. Owner Chai helped me a lot with getting around the city and going on a tour to Angkor. The hotel is centrally located. The room was great. Everything was clean. I felt like at home in the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel.

They have rental service for bikes and scooters at good price that is very useful to visit Angkor Wat. The position is very good to take the bus to the airport (station is 100 m from there), but it's a little far from downtown.

I have never understood how every night the mosquitos had entered my room with the closed windows, one night I killed 8 of them and the next morning there were another 5 around.

Great service with a smile here and a good location. Just a short walk (or Tuk Tuk) from everything you'd wanna see. Good neighborhood. The owners are great and helpful. Someone said the pool wasn't available, but it definitely is now.

Very clean the proprietor and his family including “mom” are very friendly and helpful they can arrange anything for you. It’s quiet beds and AC are good. The building we stayed is about 30 years old but very nice

Oddly they don’t use fitted sheets so the sheets bunch up the bed

The smell was a bit musky and overall nothing was really white but bit of a yellow ish but al smelled fine.

Nice hotell with swimmingpool, walking distance from pub street and all the restaurant. Very helpfull staff. Its a family hotell and they will do everything to help you to have a pleasente stay. Also close to Angkor Wat.

The owner, chai(?), was very cheerful And helpful The swimming pool was great. Totally quiet yet close to the river, 1/2 and one blocks

The room was right at the back of the house which feels a bit weird. The good side is it is away from the main road and hence pretty quiet.

Priceworthy, central, clean, owners are amazing. A wonderful family, always happy and helpful. Perfect with a nice pool, and a lot of restaurants nearby. They offer laundry service, bike and scooter rent. Strongly recommended :)
