Exceptional staff and customer services are second to mome. "Audrey", one of the staff members was very attentive yo my needs on the new eves events.. His patience and listening skills were exceptional, and he went above and beyond to enjoy. we had an enjoyable evening Thank you, Audrey..🙏🏻

Very exquisite and classic standard in all elements with exceptional customer team offering Buisness class provides services at all times.

Breakfast was great, with good variety of cheese, salad etc. and very good omlette! The staff was very polite and friendly. The poolside restaurant atmosphere and food was very good (except the fish ).

The printer always had technical problems - you can not print or copy more than one page - it needs to replaced. Also, the music in the lobby lounge was loud and there was no quiet zone - at times it was difficult to have a business conversation.

Their attention to detail. I checked in with my wife and they asked for both our id cards. I didn’t tell them it was my wife’s bday. But they did her a surprise bday cake and they sang for her during dinner. I was stunned and completely blown away. Thank you

Nothing. However, if possible for the property to work with reputable clean cabs then that’ll be a plus, to ease customers transportation from the hotel to other locations.

The Hotel is very new, beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly and helping. Wifi is perfect. Perfect choice!

The pool was unfortunately closed and too close to the lounge bar. Beautiful but not the best if you want to relax. Also, sometimes room service would knock on my room insistently to see if I needed something. I personally prefer that they don't disturb me and if I need something I'll call reception.

Every one spoke good fluent English unlike other hotels in Cameroon! Loved it. Polite staff. Clean rooms. So accessible! Beautiful spots for pictures. A solid 10/10!

I wish we could order food or drinks at the pool side past the set time. It closed early up there.

- A brand new building - Very fresh and sophisticated smell of hotel - Rooms are classy and cosy furnished - Bathroom tools (shower, wc etc) are A Plus brand (Grohe) - Free airport shuttle service

- I was expecting a Nespresso machine in room - Breakfast should be improved - Gym room should definetly enriched with some other equipments as well. - Restaurant and lobby area were so freezing due to intensive AC. It might be reduced.

Breakfast was amazing and there was choice for everyone. The bed was so comfy and the staff starting from Hermann to the rest on a scale of 1 to 10 , I will give them 10.

Probably helping people with what they can do in Doula while staying there.

I LOVED the fact the property’s shuttle waited for me at the airport in spite of flight and airport delays. I LOVED a clean air conditioned bus, with wifi, cold water, and hand wipes. I LOVED their polite staff, immaculate rooms, and amazing breakfast options. This property will be my hotel of choice going forward.

There was nothing to dislike.
