It was clean and front desk staff were fantastic.

I love that they offer a full hot breakfast however I couldn’t get served. The server seemed to want to be anywhere else and served tables without ‘coupons’. I waited 15 mins then took my coupon back to the front desk. I did find a wonderful breakfast place called The Metal Kettle. Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had!!

It’s clearly being renovated but by bit, which is nice. Good location. Nice that it’s close to both Augustana and the movie theatre.

Should have complimentary breakfast for the room price, or Hagar’s cafe could be less pricey for what it was (burned eggs and coffee). The rooms are on the small side, so if I had all my kids with me, the Canalta would be a better place to stay.

Prices were affordable. staff tried their best to satisfy the large amount of seniors waiting for their food. I think more staff should have been on hand for such a large amount of us seniors.for

Knowing there would be a great number of clients staying at your hotel (Alberta 55 Plus games) that a no charge breakfast would have been in good taste.ok and friendly

The room was clean and comfortable. There were enough covers to be warm but not hot (and they were pretty). There was AC but we didn't need it very much. I liked that they are using soap dispensers to cut down on waste of little packages. The reception staff was welcoming. There was a microwave and fridge.

There was a bit of noise (not sure if it was outside or in the hall) as we were going to bed but it was quiet after that.

This is my favourite place to stay in Camrose. It is very clean and comfortable and the staff are wonderful. The location is perfect....close to shopping and theatres. The food is always delicious in the dining room and you get great value for your money.

The coffee maker in my room was not working but the manager provided me with a cup of coffee from the cafe.

Comfortable and convenient.

The drain in the sink of our room was very slow which tells me that there are or will be plumbing issues if the drains are allowed to clog. I recommend that a plumber do some investigative search in other rooms to see if the problem is widespread. Better to catch a problem at the early stages rather than when it becomes widespread.

The front desk was the best as well as the rest of the staff, the restaurant staff were dqually awesome and very easy and Welcoming .

I love the staff, very friendly and accomodating. The room is clean but outdated , toilet bowl flushed slow and we can hear other clients that stayed in the other room.

Breakfast was fine, although some of the food was not as hot as expected (temp-wise)! Coffee was good! Meat was cold!

Warmer temp of the food!!

Location was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked that I didn’t need a credit card,could use debit card for security deposit

Cost was a little high
