This place has a very friendly and accommodating front desk run by the owner, Clearly went above and beyond to help us with a few laundry room issues...all with a smile. The property is exceptionally clean and our room was comfortable. and spacious. They have "in front of room" parking and reliable wifi. A limited but really good breakfast w large individually wrapped muffins, fresh fruit and great coffee as highlights. We would happily come back

The motel is just fine but just happens to be situated in a fading town with tones of the '50's. There is only really one main street with most stores either closed or boarded up. Near-by dining consisted of a few fast food places.... Overall, a bit sad.

The rooms are very clean and the new owners are putting in a lot of nice touches to the rooms. The continental breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety, which was a pleasant surprise! Great pressure in shower and tub, with ample hot water. I also liked that the mini-fridge had a small freezer. The new owners were very friendly and welcoming! I'm glad that we decided to give it a try.

Beds were a little firm for my taste but comfortable. A nightstand is needed, but I know that the renos are s ongoing, and I'm sure that this will come in due time.

It is ok for people who doesn't eat heavy breakfast. Otherwise there is a near A&W fast food.

I just have a little recommendation about the room that we are in. The bed lights are on a awkward positions. because whenever we lean back onto the wall. We always bumped our heads onto the light shade. It will be much better if the lights are aligned on the bed sides. so they will never hit anyone's head. And also we just noticed that the registration office is cluttered. It will be more appealing if guests are welcomed in a nice tidy office as first impressions last.

We so enjoyed our stay at Cardston Inn! We stayed for a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was fresh fruit every morning for breakfast, what a treat! Room was clean, smelled nice, a little outdated, but I know they are updating them all, and we were only there to sleep! Again, we so enjoyed our stay...and like the sign said out front, "Leave like family"...we definitely felt that way! Will stay there on your next visit to Cardston!

We truly enjoyed our stay here, there was nothing to dislike about it. If we needed something or had a question, there was someone around to answer it! Thank you Cardston Inn! Hope to see you next year!

The hosts were very friendly and available to meet all our needs. We had an issue with the heating that was not working and it was solved within the hour. We had a great surprise when we were told there was a free continental breakfast (with a lot of choices). Decoration is minimal but the bedroom was clean and well equipped (fridge, microwave, coffee machine).

Is was a very quiet place. The owners have only been there not a year. They are trying to a good start, doing over the rooms, painting and updating. The breakfast was good not too much for travelling. We would recommend this place you don’t have to go broke to stay there. The work will get done…Rome wasn’t built in a day

Knowing that they have not had the property long I am sure that they are truly overwhelmed. It wasn’t that we didn’t like, we were very content there.

Value for money! Great helpful staff. They delivered what they promised. The property is near good restaurants and utility stores. Easy to find! I had a sprained ankle after a hike at Waterton national park, I truly appreciate the immediate support offered by Mark and Betty. All the best to you guys..

This is a quiet town and I went with least expectations traveling from Banff to Glacier National Park. The room and the property is very old but, everything is functional. We had a small shower issue and it was fixed in 5 mins.

As mentioned, the property is old and you have a feel of antiqueness in it that is not so pleasant at times. Otherwise, this is a great place for a quick overnight stay.

The outside of the hotel was tired and could use updates. But our room was clean and comfortable with what seemed like new floors.

We stayed in July and the air conditioning didn't seem to work. When we arrived, the room was stuffy and hot and it took all night to cool down comfortably

Great value for money! Facility was clean and well kept. Our room had a fridge, a microwave, and coffee maker (with complimentary coffee). It was an added bonus that they served continental breakfast.

Front desk is not available in-person 24/7. But they did have a key drop box for early check out.
