The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't need much because I was traveling on a multi-day motorcycle trip, so just a place to shower, eat and sleep. But the little touches such as the embossed stamp on the TP roll, the laid out shampoos, etc, the welcoming appearance of the entry way and lobby, plus the pool, all gave it a 'cared for' appearance. Location was convenient to eating, although we were there on a Sunday and most places were closed,.

Breakfast would've been nice, but not necessary.

Staff was incredible. (I hit a deer while we were there and the car was not drivable - the staff helped carry our things from the police car, even checked on us despite it being a holiday.) Pool area was great and the kids are still talking about the slide! Room had two beds and was large - kids had room to play, which was lovely.

No breakfast, but there isn’t a space it could be served. They do have a little coffee/tea spot near the front desk. A&W, which shares the same parking lot, does have breakfast though and our room had a fridge and microwave so we bought a few groceries from near by and it was nice and easy to just eat in our room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Indoor pool with a slide and hot tub. Friendly desk staff.

Our room key reader wasn't working properly. They replaced multiple keys for us, but it was always hit or miss if the key worked or how many times it would work for. It didn't appear to be a problem for any other guests, so likely just an isolated issue. That was our only real complaint. I would stay there again.

The conference room or kitchen room was a bonus for us our group. We were a group of about 20 people, including children. We needed a spacious room for having our dinner together. We were fortunate that one of the staff told us that the hotel has such as room.

Parking lot is not that big. We had five cars of our group and we had to struggle for finding a suitable park lot. We got but the parking is not spacious as well.

I'm assuming this was a family run inn. All staff was pleasant. Pool area was clean and had longer hours then most hotels. We stayed on the bottom floor and there was a bathroom in the hallway, which was ideal because we were traveling with a group of 4 girls. So the extra toilet and sink were useful to us. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. Great location, short walk to stores and eateries.

The room did not have a coffee pot or phone. You have to ask the front desk for pool towels, which is no big deal, but there wasn't always an employee at the desk. So you either had to wait. Or go swimming and come back to the desk soaking wet to get one. The lobby appears to close at night. I would get up early to workout (6am) and the lobby was dark and no employee.

Better service than in large much more expensive hotels - daily cleaning! We enjoyed the pool and found the room and beds comfortable.

We would have liked a coffeemaker and some kitchenette facilities in room. The town didn't have many options for breakfast (only fast food). We had a small fridge and very small microwave.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable . The rooms did not have coffee however there was a Keurig machine at the front desk. If you wanted more than 1 cup they would brew you a carafe of coffee to take to your room. Additionally there was a room downstairs you could use as a kitchen( no condiments) with plates and cutlery. Very handy. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. You are under an hour from Waterton Lakes National Park and Many Glacier (Glacier National Park - US). The location in town is also great. You can walk to about 6 restaurants and a grocery store.

It would be nice if breakfast was offered. The air conditioning could be a little stronger.

There are only a couple places in the area to stay. So we were concerned. But this was lovely and perfect for our purposes. The hot tub was great and the location as well.

It appears to be a “dry county” so if you’re looking for a burger and a beer it won’t happen here. Not the fault of the hotel of course.
