The place was similar to a motel, simple room but spacious, clean and with eveything you need to spend the night. The beds were very comfortable and they changed all the towels each day. It was close to the road, the place is located in the main street, but there was no noise during the night, you could sleep very well without being disturbed. The breakfast was the best! There was a little bit of everything: fruit, cereals, bread, a lot of pastries (cut in halves so could have a little of everything without eating too much), yougurts, juices, milk and coffee. They also had gluten free options (cereals, breads and muffins) and being celiac, is somthing that I really appreciated it, because I could have a proper breakfast like the rest! The owners were really nice, they treated us very well and the made us feel welcome. We chatted both days, they helped us and gave us some advice regarding the weather and our plans. You can check in until 10 pm, but because of our late flight, we arrived at midnight. They made it very easy for us to get the room even if it was past the time they are open. They undestood our situation and were very helpful. The place is very close to the border and just 35 minutes away from the east entrance of Glacier National Park, which gives access to St. Mary Visitor Center. I absolutely recommed to stay here if you are planning to visit the park and you are looking for a good price.

There is nothing bad to say about the place or the owners, just good things!

The location was perfect -- close to Waterton but not as expensive. Our hostess gave a couple recommendations for restaurants and we loved our choice -- the nearby Cobblestone Manor had good food in a beautiful and unique setting. Our room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was continental -- with fresh fruit, a variety of pastries, some cereal options, some gluten free options, peanut butter as the primary protein option, I think. Guest laundry was available in a separate building.

This is an old fashioned motel with office, laundry and ice in one building and guest rooms and breakfast room in a separate building across the parking lot -- all with separate outside entrances. The property was navigable for my husband with a cane and perfect for our needs but might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

It's a great motel close to Waterton and the US Border. The rooms are well appointed and a good size, and the continental breakfast is fantastic! Management is kind and welcoming, they have worked hard at improving the motel, and honestly have done a wonderful job. Overall a great stay!

They really need to put a nightstand or small table between the beds. That would be incredibly helpful and make it just about perfect. The beds and pillows are a bit firm for our liking, but that is a personal preference, and not much of an issue.

This place has a very friendly and accommodating front desk run by the owner, Clearly went above and beyond to help us with a few laundry room issues...all with a smile. The property is exceptionally clean and our room was comfortable. and spacious. They have "in front of room" parking and reliable wifi. A limited but really good breakfast w large individually wrapped muffins, fresh fruit and great coffee as highlights. We would happily come back

The motel is just fine but just happens to be situated in a fading town with tones of the '50's. There is only really one main street with most stores either closed or boarded up. Near-by dining consisted of a few fast food places.... Overall, a bit sad.

The rooms are very clean and the new owners are putting in a lot of nice touches to the rooms. The continental breakfast was fantastic with a lot of variety, which was a pleasant surprise! Great pressure in shower and tub, with ample hot water. I also liked that the mini-fridge had a small freezer. The new owners were very friendly and welcoming! I'm glad that we decided to give it a try.

Beds were a little firm for my taste but comfortable. A nightstand is needed, but I know that the renos are s ongoing, and I'm sure that this will come in due time.

It is ok for people who doesn't eat heavy breakfast. Otherwise there is a near A&W fast food.

I just have a little recommendation about the room that we are in. The bed lights are on a awkward positions. because whenever we lean back onto the wall. We always bumped our heads onto the light shade. It will be much better if the lights are aligned on the bed sides. so they will never hit anyone's head. And also we just noticed that the registration office is cluttered. It will be more appealing if guests are welcomed in a nice tidy office as first impressions last.

The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was good.

The bed was a bit too firm for my liking but still good. Suggest a towel bar or hook next to the shower would be a nice touch rather than just the rack on the other side of the bathroom. Also needs a drain plug for the sink, almost lost something down the drain, watch your rings!

Best shower of anywhere I have stayed! Lots of hot water & a massage pulse like no other (I want a shower head like that)! Fantastic continental breakfast spread with a good selection of fresh fruit & pastries, as well as cereal & yogurt.

My friend needed hand holds and non-slup mat in the tub. She didn't shower as she was afraid of falling.

I emailed the property and asked if they had gluten free options for breakfast. And they accommodated my request.

It’s an old property that needs repairs. The window in our suite did not have a screen. And the bed frame broke. We were there to sleep and didn’t need a fancy hotel, it worked out for us. May not work for others.

We so enjoyed our stay at Cardston Inn! We stayed for a week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was fresh fruit every morning for breakfast, what a treat! Room was clean, smelled nice, a little outdated, but I know they are updating them all, and we were only there to sleep! Again, we so enjoyed our stay...and like the sign said out front, "Leave like family"...we definitely felt that way! Will stay there on your next visit to Cardston!

We truly enjoyed our stay here, there was nothing to dislike about it. If we needed something or had a question, there was someone around to answer it! Thank you Cardston Inn! Hope to see you next year!
