We were really satisfied with our room. Everything was clean, you have also there coffee machine so it’s really comfortable. Easy check in/out. Cleaner will come every morning. We would recommend this for everyone

I have to say that for Europe people is the breakfast a little bit of shock. Or at least for us it was really different than we are used to have. You will have omelette, sausages,egg and bacon- everything from freezer? and you have to unpacked them and microwave them. Which is for us really unusual and after two days you really don’t like it. But on the other hand- there were other things like jam or fruits so for that price we didn’t say nothing.

Kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast - lots of choices. Fresh coffee or alternatives. Larger clean room and plenty of towels and coffee for my stay. Proximity to office and breakfast area.

Noisy hallways very early morning (5-6 am) and sidewalk area. (Maybe signs of quiet times could be posted)? Dripping and running toilet. Told desk staff and Put a towel down under dripping shut off tap. They were going to send maintenance around right away but I said I would shut water off before I went to sleep and maintenance could look into it next day. Homeless person loitering making the area feel unsafe. He was on the sidewalk outside my room in my space as I was exiting my room. Desk staff were keeping an eye on him, and apparently RCMP knew this individual from past experience. No pool (states pool) but this must be a reflection of the price.

Loved the breakfast menu. there were serials, oats, fruits, breads, bagels, muffins, 3 types of eggs, juice, tea/coffee, sausages. Sitting arrangements were also good.

I think the service was worth the money we spent. However, the washroom was very old. the toilet was flushing very slowly. the bathtub tap was tripping water. the sound was annoying.

Like-rooms were updated with Dove hair and body products in shower, blue towels & wash cloths instead of white, continental breakfast was good. Bath towels could be longer. Dislike-noisy traffic but out of your control to improve that.

The breakfast isn’t the greatest. Everything is microwaveable and not much for options The owners were great, very friendly, easy to deal with, and checked in once we got into our room.

It has everything we needed, including breakfast. Good shower products and everything was clean. The staff were very nice.

Loud location by road and the a/C unit was old and even louder. It wouldn't stop me from staying again. Oh - no elevator and 2 stories so be aware if you have limitations.

We booked the mobility access room and the room was near the front desk and breakfast area. The parking spot was directly in front of the room. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub was easy to access for my wife.

The road noise from the highway was quite noticeable as the hotel is right along the highway. Might be an issue for a light sleeper or bring some ear plugs.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the beds were so comfortable.

The toilets were a bit low for older folks and the bath tubs were slippery, again difficult for seniors.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Easy check in & check out. Gave suggestions for places to eat. Great breakfast and lots of choices. Would stay here again.

the sink area was not very convenient with no place to put things
