The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We love the room’s small kitchenette, well stocked with cutlery and crockery. The beautiful garden view from our room window was a bonus. The location is great. It just 5 mins drive to the downtown area. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were just great. We had our dinner at The Inn Grill during the last night of our stay. The steak was fantastic.

It's a cozy and clean place to stay. Comfortable beds and with plenty of extras. Staff is always happy to help. Housekeeping is doing an amazing job. They need a rise. Usually, hotels have a specific smell on halls. This one smells like fresh linen all day long. Very good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. There is a coin laundry room available for all quests. Ice machine as well. Pool is one of the best ones we visited. Dry and wet sauna is awesome after all day on the slopes. There is also a restaurant you can visit in the same building. Opened only for dinner time. Delicious salmon in the menu. Thai mussels are worth trying as well. Overall... Jasper doesn't disappoint. Jasper Inn & Suites is the place we're you won't regret.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Although we miss a breakfast place. Hopefully, in the future, it will change.

Room was clean and beds were super comfy. Was a nice surprise to see the giant 2 person jetted tub in the bathroom. That was a added bonus.

We were told after paying close to $500 for the room in advance via credit card, we had to pay a additional $100 fee when checking in. Was told it would be returned at check out. Then at the check out the next morning, was informed it would be refunded to the card. We never did get it back and no reason as to why we did not get it back. I was confused as the other family checking in was never told to pay this extra fee.

The room had recently been renovated, and was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, albeit a bit small (vanity). The pool was large, bight, and clean.

The room was very warm, although a fan was provided, and it proved to be quite efficient in providing a more comfortable sleeping environment (despite the noise of the fan), The brunch in the Inn Grill was in a bright and sunny room. The food itself was disappointing, although the price was reasonable. I would probably choose to eat elsewhere for breakfast, as Jasper has many interesting restaurants.

We had a comfortable sitting area after a busy day. The hotel had an excellent restaurant on-site which was well used by visitors and locals. The pool looked good but we did not use it. The laundry facilities were good.

Nothing. Visitors to Jasper should be aware that parking in town is limited and costly therefore the hotels location was about a half mile walk from town which we found enjoyable but may not meet everyone's needs.

Kitchenettes were well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Spacious living room area. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Bathroom was modern with a nice shower.

Main floor bedroom was tight on space and no storage for clothing for extended stays. Hotel charged full price for the rooms 10 months in advance of the stay which was unexpected. I could understand a deposit, but not the full price. Booking.com said it was the hotel that made the decision, the hotel claimed it was Booking.com’s policy. Having to output over $10000 10 months prior to the stay was stressful. For one room, the length of stay was reduced by 1 night at least one month prior to the stay. The refund for this 1 night was not made until check-out, and was not made to the credit card that was used to pay for the room - it was made to the credit card used at check-in, leaving me having to get that money from the person who stayed in that room.

I used to stay here with my family when I was a kid. I ended up coming back here to say as it has lots of memories for me. It is still a great place to stay in Jasper. We were in the loft suite and had the fireplace which was nice (you get one log each day which lasts about 2 hours). The pool facility was great (main pool, small kids pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna). The cooking unit was well-stocked so we cooked all of our breakfasts here. It was close to walk downtown and central to access different areas of Jasper. Staff were friendly.

Situated on the north side of Jasper, this was a great place to arrive to after hours on the road. The reception staff were friendly and professional, gave all the guidance and info we needed and where to find the free, secure on-site parking. The room itself was a great size, clean, up- and downstairs, good wifi connection, all facilities needed for a very comfortable self-catering stay, and a small balcony with views up the hills to the north (and ground squirrels keeping themselves busy about the fields). The on-site restaurant is a bonus for travellers too tired to make it into town, it's casual and unpretentious with friendly staff and serves some great plates. Location: superb - easy walking distance to all of Jasper and for hikes into the surrounding hills, and a great base from which to head off on longer drives to all the regional sites (Maligne Canyon, Medicine Lake, Lake Maligne, Athabasca River and Falls, Edith Cavell, Pyramid Lake and Island and Mountain, and lots more of course). Would I stay again: yes!

The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and amazing trails. The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi bath in the room worked well and was very relaxing. The room also has a great balcony which we couldn't open because of cold weather but I imagine how nice it must be in summer.

The swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and restaurant are not functioning till December 3, 2023. This was not specified on the hotel's website, which was very disappointing, because I chose this place because of sauna. There is no compensation, they still charge you as if all facilities are working.

The room was a good size and layout with a nice, well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The location was good with a car but a little bit far for easy access walking into town. It was great having a laundry just down the corridor at a good price.

We were a family of 3 and the downside was that the 3rd bed is a pullout in the living area which meant that there was very little room left once the bed was made up. Also the pullout bed wasn't the most comfortable for our daughter. Parking in Jasper was a nightmare as everything is dependent on APPs on your phone which when you're a visitor you don't have or want! We found only one parking machine that accepted a card or coins!
