Upon arrival we were allocated a lovely two room suite, on the second floor, (as I had especially requested NOT to be put in a room on the 1st floor,) with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Absolutely delighted with it! 😊 The rooms were spotlessly clean, and had all the facilities that we needed during our four nights stay. Room was serviced daily during our stay. Car parking was just outside, was plenty of spaces available, and was free of charge. The on site restaurant was absolutely excellent, and we ate there in the evening for two of our four nights stay. Although breakfast was not included in the room rate, the restaurant did a very acceptable breakfast offering, at a not exorbitant charge. If, as it's now maybe likely that I visit Jasper again, I'd have absolutely no hesitation about staying here again. ☺️

Absolutely NOTHING to criticize about the hotel, but I was very annoyed that the total charge for my stay was taken from my credit card around four days before my due arrival. I have NEVER had this happen before by any other hotel that I've stayed at during my numerous trips to the USA or Canada. By all means, charge guests the full amount if they don't show up, but don't charge your guests for a service that they've yet to receive days before they do! 😕

The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We love the room’s small kitchenette, well stocked with cutlery and crockery. The beautiful garden view from our room window was a bonus. The location is great. It just 5 mins drive to the downtown area. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were just great. We had our dinner at The Inn Grill during the last night of our stay. The steak was fantastic.

We had a very good stay. The room was spacious and clean. Although it faced the street, it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. After we checked out, we realized that our child’s pillow had been left behind. After calling the hotel, they kindly mailed it to us the very next day, and even compressed it into a very small package. We really appreciate this thoughtful service.

One downside is the sofa bed mattress — it was quite uncomfortable, almost like sleeping directly on the springs. I would recommend bringing a portable mattress to place on top if you plan to use the sofa bed.

Good location, easy walk to town, restaurants on property, friendly reception staff

Room was hot, we had to leave the door open at night to cool the room down (May) Not everyone wants the room heated all the time. Coming from Aus I was looking forward to snuggling into a cosy bed under a big comfy doona :( I felt like I was back at home in the heat and only needed a sheet over me. (In fairness we found this issue in all the properties we stayed at)

It's a cozy and clean place to stay. Comfortable beds and with plenty of extras. Staff is always happy to help. Housekeeping is doing an amazing job. They need a rise. Usually, hotels have a specific smell on halls. This one smells like fresh linen all day long. Very good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. There is a coin laundry room available for all quests. Ice machine as well. Pool is one of the best ones we visited. Dry and wet sauna is awesome after all day on the slopes. There is also a restaurant you can visit in the same building. Opened only for dinner time. Delicious salmon in the menu. Thai mussels are worth trying as well. Overall... Jasper doesn't disappoint. Jasper Inn & Suites is the place we're you won't regret.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Although we miss a breakfast place. Hopefully, in the future, it will change.

Room was clean and beds were super comfy. Was a nice surprise to see the giant 2 person jetted tub in the bathroom. That was a added bonus.

We were told after paying close to $500 for the room in advance via credit card, we had to pay a additional $100 fee when checking in. Was told it would be returned at check out. Then at the check out the next morning, was informed it would be refunded to the card. We never did get it back and no reason as to why we did not get it back. I was confused as the other family checking in was never told to pay this extra fee.

We were only in town for a couple of days to attend the annual run in April. We found the place spacious and comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. It is a very large place with more than one building. There is an attached restaurant but it wasn't open for breakfast during our stay, but was open for dinners. The hotel was close to everything in the town so we enjoyed walking everywhere.

The room had recently been renovated, and was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, albeit a bit small (vanity). The pool was large, bight, and clean.

The room was very warm, although a fan was provided, and it proved to be quite efficient in providing a more comfortable sleeping environment (despite the noise of the fan), The brunch in the Inn Grill was in a bright and sunny room. The food itself was disappointing, although the price was reasonable. I would probably choose to eat elsewhere for breakfast, as Jasper has many interesting restaurants.

We had a comfortable sitting area after a busy day. The hotel had an excellent restaurant on-site which was well used by visitors and locals. The pool looked good but we did not use it. The laundry facilities were good.

Nothing. Visitors to Jasper should be aware that parking in town is limited and costly therefore the hotels location was about a half mile walk from town which we found enjoyable but may not meet everyone's needs.

I used to stay here with my family when I was a kid. I ended up coming back here to say as it has lots of memories for me. It is still a great place to stay in Jasper. We were in the loft suite and had the fireplace which was nice (you get one log each day which lasts about 2 hours). The pool facility was great (main pool, small kids pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna). The cooking unit was well-stocked so we cooked all of our breakfasts here. It was close to walk downtown and central to access different areas of Jasper. Staff were friendly.
