Friendly and accommodating staff,thank you.

It was clean, comfortable and the basic breakfast was good for thr small hotel it was.

We got an email the morning of our stay, requesting us to get back to them within 2 hours, or they thought we weren't real people. We were driving in a spot without reception, so wasn't checking my phone. When I finally got the message, I called back and she tried telling me my room wasn't available because it was to late and that I didn't give my cvc # when I booked through the app, and my ph # was answered by someone else. This was 1030 am she called and check in wasn't til 3pm. Turns out, she told us she was overbooked and my thought was she was trying to get someone to not answer to try and make room! But ended up getting in, just not a very good way of doing business.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped inside. Parking was outside the room.with direct access to the room but we could also leave the room internally to access the lounge where ample breakfast was provided. The Country Club Inn is positioned on the edge of Lacombe and is quiet with easy access to the town a short distance away. Looking forward to staying again next time we visit for a holiday.

Although outdated, it was perfect for work. Quiet, comfortable and safe. Bedding and towels were clean & coffee provided. The couple at the front were extremely welcoming.

The walls could use a cleaning and the lights bulbs were missing in some spots. No one came to make up the room for the second day so coffee wasn’t refilled.

The owner was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the room was pretty large and was comfortable.

The toilet and sink both had a slight leak, but it wasn't major. We informed the owner and I trust he will fix it before the room is rented out again.

The room was so large and quiet. I was grateful for the minifridge also. I didn't realize there was a breakfast, sorry I missed it.

There was a small dusty corner in the bathroom & the fan cover in the bathroom could have been dusted also.

The gentleman at the front desk recognized me from my first stay at the inn in October 2023. He remembered I had my dog with me. VERY accommodating & friendly. The price is really good.

The beds were made when we arrived in the room. The room was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruit, and hot food as well.

I booked the room online and when I got to the hotel, I received a surcharge of $50. I tried to explain that I wanted the same price I received online but she refused to accommodate. The room wasn’t cleaned the second day. We had to share towels.

Good Location and Good Price. Beds were comfortable. You will need to ask for a blow dryer as they don't automatically have it in the room. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I had reserved one bed - hoping it was a king and got two queen beds. Still living in Covid mentality so was surprised to have our room made up...towels were forgotten and had to ask for them. Otherwise great experience

The staff went out of their way for us. They were friendly and put some extra effort to make us comfortable. The location was quiet, and the building is being maintained.

There are some minor maintenance issues. The A/C in our room was not working correctly. Also, some light bulbs were burned out.
