The room was good, we didn't use the pool or water slide. There was lots of families using it, good to see!

The breakfast area was nice. When we showed up for breakfast around 8:30 am, there was very little eggs left, only a small piece, no pancake mix to make pancakes. I let the staff person know, and she did bring out the eggs dish and refilled the pancake mix. It took a while for the line up for pancakes to go down. The bananas were too green to actually eat. The selection of teas was very limited, could use more then orange pekoe. The apple juice was good. The one pasty I had was very good.

We arrived later in the night but we still found great parking in a well lit lot and nice area. Check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly and professional. The pool was closed as it was past 10pm but it looked like we missed a fun time. Getting to our rooms was easy via elevator to our floor. Our request to have adjoining rooms was met without a problem and it was the only time on our 5 days trip that actually had them connected together via double doors. The rooms were very clean and the sheets and bed were nice and soft. Furniture was nice and looked in pristine shape. Couldn't find anything to complain about in the bathrooms either. Very clean and well stocked. Days Inn wins it on our 5 day trip for its breakfast. Both locations we stayed at offered great breakfast options. This location in particular had the option of making your own McDonalds egg and bacon style McMuffins! Coffee tasted great and fresh. My family agrees that we are going to look more towards Days Inn on our future road trips.

More like this is our fault for coming in so late, but it would have been nice to have the pool open until a later time. One hotel we stayed at had the pool area close a 11pm. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good.

Unfortunately chemicals burns happened to my daughter from the swimming pool as the chemicals were so strong - it even burned the eyes just sitting in there watching. I talked to the front end staff and was told the chemicals weren't to strong and the "people were here yesterday and would have told us if they were." Clearly that was not true as my children are in swimming pools and hottubs often and never come out with chemical burns or burning eyes from other pools. It was new years Eve, so fully believe they overloaded the chemicals. We normally don't have an issue staying here and enjoy our stay, however the pool situation may have us reconsider next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was easy to find. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were travelling with our small dog, our pet friendly room was large and close to an exit, making it easy to take our dog outside. As our room was a pet friendly room, it had been cleaned very well prior to our stay as our dog was not aware of any previous pet scents or odours.

Our stay followed a long, holiday weekend. When we went for breakfast at 9:00 a.m. there weren't many choices available. I understand the holiday weekend had depleted their supplies. I have had a discussion with the management, they apologized and said they would do better in the future.

We only stayed one night. Lady at the front desk was pleasant, she was the only staff we interacted with. We didn't have breakfast. The room was quiet & clean, the beds comfortable.

My husband has a lot of Dr appointments in RD, so we stay at this hotel often. We stay because it is not that far from the hospital, so the location is great and it is also close to shopping & restaurants. It is a very quiet place even though it is right beside a major thorofare. The prices are usually the lowest so the value for your money goes a long way and breakfast is included in that. The property is always well maintained and clean. The staff are always pleasant.

The breakfast was good—just what you’d expect at a hotel like this. One member of the breakfast staff was quite grouchy to people, but mostly it was a good experience.

The first room we were given (301) was VERY uncomfortable. The beds were the worst I’ve ever sat on. Also, only 1 of 3 lamps turned on. I went downstairs and the front desk kindly gave us a newer room on the bottom floor. It was 1000 x’s nicer than the first room!

The breakfast, the room with USB phone plugs and the pillows were great! The staff is also very helpfull ad friendly. I always stay here when im in town.

Whatever is used to get rid of smoking smells or other smells is not good, its not an invitig scent in the room, ou can tell someone must have smoked in the room. It was also weird to see people taking take containers of the breakfast, ehich depleted most of it.

Room was good, breakfast food was good but cold because its not organized. This was not the workers fault! they were trying their best!

The food lines are so slow that tables take twice as long to clear as it should! The pancake maker and toaster should be on a separate side table as this holds the total line up twice as long as it should. Normally a family member sits and holds the table while the other family members are getting food. Because it takes them so long for food the tables are held twice as long as it should take. Many folks are trying to take food up to their rooms. Also there is room for more tables. By the time we ate everything was cold.

We had a horrible experience the night before at another hotel so we were hoping for a decent and clean hotel. This hotel far exceeded the expectations. The staff accommodated our request for rooms close together and they were adjoining. The rooms were clean and lovely!! The pool was great for the kids.

The hotel had a hard time keeping up with the request for towels. The following morning there was only one person working on breakfast and this was too much for one person. The cooking facilities were also not adequate to cook more than one thing at a time. At one point, my family offered to help refill items because it was clear that it was too much for one person.

Booking and front staff were wonderful to deal with and understood our reason for travel and family dynamic and we’re able to accommodate requests easily. The free breakfast exceeded expectation and was a nice surprise, the hotel is centrally located and we will be staying again. Thank you Eden and Ashmeen.

Elevator seemed to always be wet with water from the pool and as a person with a physical disability, it became fearful to get in and out of it. Not a big issue but if I had to pick something, that would be it. Otherwise, great job on part of the hotel.
