We went to breakfast around 9 and it was very busy, we couldn't get a table so took the breakfast back to our room. We didn't like the turkey sausage, the cheese omelet was okay, the croissants were hood, the fresh fruit was good.

If you had bacon or back bacon that would have been preferred.

The breakfast was great. The staff were incredible and helped us with some of our unusual requests due to a sprained knee and a girl who loved froot loops at all times of the day.

It wasn't clear that there were blackout blinds. It was hard to see them and how to close them. Spent the first night with the lights feom the building across the street shinning in my eyes so didn't sleep well.

Convenient, close to everything, clean spacious rooms, good breakfast.

Very old property, musty smell, beside abandoned hotel with questionable people milling around, staff were very concerned about 2 moms and 2 young girls sitting in the restaurant area at night to eat, were going to ‘party’ or form a ‘group’, so strange.

The location is very good. Close to the mall, easy access to many amenities. It was clean. The breakfast was excellent.

Very, very long walk to and from our room. Had to go around 6 corners in the hallway. Difficult for my elderly mother. The one bed could not be sat on at the foot…it sagged there. Way too much disposable cutlery and dishes. My mom is from Europe. They have transitioned very well away from plastics. It upset her to see and have to use so much.

The room was clean and very comfortable; excellent breakfast and variety of foods; location;

The hallway to our room was windy and lots of corners to maneuver; my room the ac wasn't working properly but our 2nd room was working fine.

Liked everything about it but feel that it was over priced. Nightly rate does not align with what I would have expected with a room.

Friendliness of the staff and the location was excellent for the event we attended. Easy access.

Room was too dark. There was only one lamp (and one desk lamp) in the room, but when they were on there was not enough light. Also there were not enough plugs near the nightstand to charge the phone.

Loved the second room I was given... when heat in the first room did not work. In getting that problem fixed... the front desk lady was wonderful. Very helpful and accomodating.

My room was above the front door. There was music playing as people entered the hotel... that I could hear ALL NIGHT in my room. That was the first night. I had already had to change rooms with the heat issue in the first room and.... I did not want to be "the customer from hell". I said nothing. The second night.. the music was not there. It was GLORIOUS!

Temperature in room was too warm. I utilized the climate remote but I didn’t see the thermostat on the wall. There should be instructions explaining the climate system.

The hotel was conveniently located for my needs.

The hotel looked a little tired in places. Like the outside entry on the side. The concrete needs replacing and it looks like it could use a refresh.
