The staff are very very friendly. They were able to support me every step of the way and helped me with every query. Their hospitality is top notch! Its in a very convenient location. They even helped me with transport issues I had. When in doubt, just ask nicely. I think they were all Sri Lankan so rest assured, you're safe.

I wish I had selected a room with a window but that's just my fault. I wish I had a car but that's just my fault. I wish I knew a bit about the area but that's just me being a naive tourist.

Restaurant food and service was excellent, and also supplied a very nice breakfast no charge.

Parking lot a bit small, likely because our stay was in prime tourist season, plus they hosted a wedding party. A bit far from the beach, but only minutes by car since it’s a very small town.

The room was small but had everything, even a little kitchen with a big fridge. Everything in good condition and clean. We had a great sleep, the bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was good and the breakfast included was great in the attached restaurant.

The heater in our room was loud and eventually blew cold air. The staff was very helpful, kind and apologetic. We didn't complain as we had a great sleep but told them in the morning. They thanked us for letting them know about it so they could fix it.

The room was comfortable and clean, and it had the same soap I use at home, which was nice.

There was a couple fighting in the room above mine, they were screaming and banging around for a long time, and no staff intervened to put a stop to the situation.

Breakfast was great. Not far from the beach; good area to walk.

Pre-registration can only be completed if one provides a picture of their drivers licence. Who wants a picture of their drivers license floating around the internet?

Very clean, well run facility, nice breakfast, very good selection for dinners, very comfortable. The location is off the main drag but only 5m drive to the beach or comfortable 15m walk. Excellent value for money!

The AC was a bit loud but that's normal with this type of device.

The first impression of the property was the desk clerk (Shirley) He is Amazing, he assisted us with our bags, & made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast that came with the room was above our expectations, Everything was above & Beyond, in reality all the staff was terrific. 👍 Well Done , Absolutely will be back.

Not one thing , we didn’t like.

I stayed with my family and I am impress with the cleanliness. I myself is a housekeeper and it did my expectation on how clean it was. Not only that it is quiet and the staff when I checked in is very friendly and nice not to mention friendly. I would recommend and will check in again when I comeback at the lake. The only downside I notice is that some guest smoke outside but just close to the entrance which is unpleasant to enter when there someone smoking and you smell the smoke obviously.

I think it is good to have a reminder outside how far should guest/visitor should stay to smoke outside.

It is a new old hotel that made a very good upgrade, it is very confortable.

Nothing really. For the space they have, the parking area could be bigger but there is no space available… Other than that I don’t see anything wrong…

Quiet, clean, good air conditioning.

Pillows not comfortable. I normally bring my own but forgot this time. The breakfast was tasty but very basic: sausage, eggs, watermelon and toast.
