We really liked how the room was set up, all the amenities including a full kitchen and washer/dryer and smart tv, the ease of checking in/out with front desk available 24 hours, property located in a quiet area, and the price was very reasonable.

Our only complaints are that the room could have used a floor mat in the entry way, a hair dryer, the smart tv remote wasn’t working very good. As well, the complimentary bagged breakfast could have been better and was missing items we asked for.

The regular fridge/freezer. Mini-fridges are never big enough. I also appreciated being able to keep my ice packer my cooler frozen. I liked having the ability to prep food and that there was dish soap there. Thanks for a great place to come back to at night.

Would you consider installing removable shower heads? I find it so much easier to use, than the ones fixed to the wall. I wasn't a huge fan of the couch. A softer one would be nice. Could really use a bigger garbage can or even more than one. Oh and a steak knife or something to use to cut food.

It was our first time at the INN Hotels - Red Deer; and I loved the place! affordable, spacious & quiet! also the staff was very understanding and very pleasant!, I come to Red Deer couple of times a year; I used to stay at a different hotel but it became very expensive so I was looking for an alterative, and I'm so happy I found this place ! it honestly felt so much at home! I slept so good! Thank you! I

The suite was huge, modern decor and very comfortable. I was in a wheel chair and could maneuver freely around the room.

It would have been nice to be able to access the room via the outdoor access but was unable to because of the snow.

The room felt cozy and home like a home than a hotel stay. Oh! The bath tub was a perfect size and depth to have a great relaxing soak after a long drive. I felt as though the location was great for what I needed,

I was not fond of the first floor smelling like wet dog, but it is a pet friendly building; so cant complain that much. ;) The cleaning staff felt a little behind when I arrive for my check in at 4pm, I was missing some bathroom items; toilet paper and towels. And the tub was being fixed while I was settling in as well. Not a huge issue, just inconvenienced my schedule.

I did not expect such a suite that I could cook in. If it was closer in the city, I would have stayed there. The staff was wonderful and everything was great!

The location was too far out of the city limits. I would have enjoyed it more if I could walk everywhere.

I liked that it was close by to everything I needed.

You need air conditioning in your rooms. Especially when one rents the 'penthouse suite' floors were swept but not mopped. Very dirty. Couldn't have a bath. Bath tub plug wouldn't seal properly.

Pet friendly, easy to find, good parking and green spaces for animals, little wall of animals that have stayed with photos

I wish the "team breakfast" was better described, was hard to know if it was for guests or employees. Would have loved to see bowls for pets, and maybe a pet bed!

Enough space and location is very quite, facility is so new and clean.

I can adjust the temperature, it’s just too warm. I can’t stream to the TV, I can see other rooms TV just not the room where I stayed. Bed sheets are not very comfortable. Breakfast portions are way too small.

Room was lovely and when I needed to borrow a hair dryer the front staff had one available. We also really appreciated the ability to check in one hour early so we could shower and change before a wedding.

The room was hot so we slept with the window open and the noise from the parking lot woke us up several times during the night, including a car alarm.
