This budget motel has all it takes to cover our basic needs and is COMFORTABLE. We stay here every time we work in red deer. The showers are great, the heat is fabulous and the atmosphere is cozy

The hair dryer was broken in our room and snow banks in the parking lot meant we had to park a few slots away from our private endurance

Guess the biggest disappointment was the lack of or I should say the non existing breakfast ..there wasnt any even though it is advertised online and on the sign out front of the hotel

The staff was great except no breakfast was included

Very accommodating staff, I asked for early check in and had to check out extra early. No questions asked. Went for business and just needed a place to rest and recharge before and after meetings.

Lighting could be better and safer light switches as mine was evidently broken. But overall I will be back.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was incredible and the kitchenette was so freaking cute!

There was a bit of confusion with check in as they were having issues with the heat in some rooms. However, they were able to find a warm room for us quite quickly and graciously

We enjoy staying at the Empire Inn whenever we're in Red Deer. It's quiet and reasonably clean. The beds are comfy the shower is hot and has tons of pressure and to top it all off, it's extra affordable, and the front desk is open 24/7. An absolute must for us!

They're very basic rooms, the key cards don't always work great

Great value for money. 24 hr front desk service accommodates my strange hours. The showers are incredible, the beds are comfy. A few recent upgrades make it feel like someone really cares. Microwave and mini fridge in every room

The floors are pretty chilly this time of year, Ave a draft under the door, BUT the fantastic heater blasted it all away... And it was too far out of town to rent a scooter

we were very happy with our stay. the staff were very helpful and had our room already cooled. it was a very hot day! showed us our suite and made sure we were happy!!

was very clean and staff were really nice, we got upgraded to a king suite for no extra charge because the queen rooms were full.

I loved how the owner accommodated my requests. Most certainly worth the extra price. I've seen the room with the jacuzzi, and I think it looks well worth the expense. If you want a good deal and friendly service you should stay here.

I couldn't believe the quality of the rooms for the cost. Incredible value. They allow late check ins and accept Visa debit with a sizeable deposit. The staff were quick and efficient. Love the decor!

What's not to like? Everything was great
