Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with a smile and a cheery "good afternoon". There was an issue with the pet room request as the hotel was not notified by the booking site. They were very helpful with this and they accommodated my dog and I without worry. The room was big and comfortable. The area was quiet, even though the highway was nearby. There is an off leash dog park close by (10 minute drive) which my dog absolutely loved!

The room was not "tidied" while I was there for the 5 nights. It would have been nice to have the sheets changed and the towels replaced at least once.

Comfortable beds, complimentary coffee, large tv with boths apps and cable. Both air conditioning and heat worked well and were quiet Convenient parking

This budget motel has all it takes to cover our basic needs and is COMFORTABLE. We stay here every time we work in red deer. The showers are great, the heat is fabulous and the atmosphere is cozy

The hair dryer was broken in our room and snow banks in the parking lot meant we had to park a few slots away from our private endurance

Guess the biggest disappointment was the lack of or I should say the non existing breakfast ..there wasnt any even though it is advertised online and on the sign out front of the hotel

The bed was comfortable, the shower was incredible and the kitchenette was so freaking cute!

There was a bit of confusion with check in as they were having issues with the heat in some rooms. However, they were able to find a warm room for us quite quickly and graciously

Very accommodating staff, I asked for early check in and had to check out extra early. No questions asked. Went for business and just needed a place to rest and recharge before and after meetings.

Lighting could be better and safer light switches as mine was evidently broken. But overall I will be back.

We enjoy staying at the Empire Inn whenever we're in Red Deer. It's quiet and reasonably clean. The beds are comfy the shower is hot and has tons of pressure and to top it all off, it's extra affordable, and the front desk is open 24/7. An absolute must for us!
