Briefly, my wife and I have stayed at several motels in Red Deer in the past. This is the Best. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Red Deer. We're seniors with disabilities and on a tight budget. The room was very good. But the people? Everyone was above the bar for friendly smiles and service, a definite PLUS these days. Problems? The original room we were given had a glitch. No hassle, no questions, we were quick;y given another room. Maureen and then Sherri-Anne on the Front Desk helped our arrival, our stay and our departure to go pleasantly and smoothly. April and Glenda in Breakfast and Room Services took care of us with smiles to see that we were well taken care of. Bottom line? We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Red Deer.

Rachel at the front desk was exceptional when we checked in. Polite, friendly, efficient. She upgraded one of our rooms to a suite (tried to do both, but only one was available). She was so kind and approachable. We checked in at close to 11 pm and she was as gracious as if we had come at a more reasonable hour. The checkout agent was also very good (didn't catch her name.) The rooms were spotless and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was gleaming. Very grateful for the decaff coffee that late at night! Free Wi-Fi and parking. Free continental breakfast (which we didn't have time to enjoy). Clear instructions as to controlling the lights, TV etc in the room.

I have no complaints at all. It is listed as a two-star which, it seems nowadays, usually means a little bit grimy, no soap or one tiny bar, a container of body wash/shampoo attached to the wall, no face cloths, no hair dryer. This Super 8 had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, 2 decent sized soaps and hand sanitizer (all from Dove). Good hair dryer, and plenty of towels and linens. It even had toothpaste! The location is great, with a pizza place, Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen all just a few steps away. The rooms themselves seemed pretty soundproof. No noise from the hallway, neighbouring rooms, or the street. I would highly recommend this property if you need somewhere to stay in Red Deer.

We loved Everything The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was nice and clean and tidy from all I seen. Our room was very nice and clean also. Very accommodating as I had brought my husband from surgery and they got us main floor room so he wouldn’t have to walk to far. They went(in my opinion they went up and above for us

The continental breakfast could have had more selections. All there was was cereal, toast, bagels, scrambled eggs, yogurt and very limited fruits My husband could not eat a bagel, so he had toast and yogurt. I would like to see muffins of different kinds(which he could have eaten) and maybe some kind of meat. Like bacon or sausages. Different in season fruit would be very nice.

I loved the king size bed it was so comfy ! And the breakfast was amazing hot breakfast with hot coffee and a cold refreshing apple juice with waffles amazing and the lady running it was so polite and sweet making sure we had everything and where to find things

I’m of I had to be picky it was the ice machine was broken on our floor but we just went upstairs and used that one no big deal

The breakfast needs improvement. I know these kind of hotels have limited ability to make hot foods, but this place only served hash brown patties and pre-made waffles. The room was very economically priced, so I can't complain that much. It just seems that, with a little bit of thought, some better ideas would come forward.

We liked the atmosphere . The staff were all very pleasant ,friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good overall a really enjoyable stay.

There was only one incident when we checked the hide a bed it was not changed from previous occupants . This however wasn't a big issue if they are folded it could be easily missed . The staff rectified the situation immediately. So a very small issue.

It felt comfortable the breakfast did the job and the staff in the breakfast area was really friendly and willing to go above and beyond for the customers.

The beds were clean. I just think that the place is a bit outdated and the carpet definitely need shampooing.

Room was very clean, breakfast was better then most hotels in town, and the hotel overall was a very clean space. Staff weren't judgmental towards us which was very comforting and we felt welcomed, which is hard for us to find lately.

Nothing to dislike they were very kind :)

The hotel is located right beside a Tim Hortons which was really convenient. We had a really nice stay! The room was large, clean and cozy. Great value for the price. I would recommend.
