The hotel location was perfectly situated in town to be within a good walking distance for all the main restaurants and shops. Parking was easily available too. The staff were really helpful with any questions I had (particularly with coins needed for the laundry!) and recommendations in the area. I didn't end up using the gym or pool facilities but appreciated that they were available.

The hotel itself is a little outdated in terms of decor, but that didn't bother me seeing as I spent most of my days out and about. I also wish a kettle was readily available in the room. However these small details do not outweigh the good time I had staying here.

Great location!! Easy to walk to beach and restaurants along main strip. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy, room spacious, quiet and clean.

I’m a fan of BW in general, however, a few things I did not care for about this property. Two elevators are only access to all floors/rooms. We were on 2nd floor, tried to walk down the stairs, but no access to main floor. Only emergency access to leave building. This was confirmed by the front desk. One ice machine on 3rd floor only. (Could use stairs to go between floors). Breakfast was so-so. Ran out of bread, fruit, milk, other items. This was on a Tue/Wed. No coffee maker in rooms… I guess I’m used to having one with BW.

The breakfast was OK would’ve been nice if there are some fresh fruit options and help your muffins? The breakfast staff works very hard to make sure that everything is clean and tidy, and that everybody gets an opportunity to have something to eat.

I think that when you book in they should tell you that you’re going to incur a $200 deposit for possible damage that’s refundable upon checkout many people ahead of me that we’re checking in. We’re asking the same question that I asked about the extra $200 on the bill And advise that it can take 3 to 5 days to see your refund.

Loved the location and the all the staff. Very helpful and friendly, felt like being at home. The complementary breakfast was everything you expected, AND always full through the busiest of times. Good staff flow which makes it so smoothly run, while keeping fresh and tasting good. I especially loved how they had options for everyone as we were a group of seniors - toddlers with digestive and allergy issues 👍🏻

If I was to give any constructive advice it would be directory maps of the Main Street in the rooms. There is lots to see on Sylvan lake especially in their location.

It is a great location walking distance to beach and restaurants. It's very clean and up to date staff are very friendly and on hand. Our bathroom light went out and staff gave us a flashlight for our stay.

Hot tub jets weren't working, but it was still good to sit in it. Should have coffee pots and supplies in the room I know we can go down to lobby but still nice to have in room even if it's a single cup one.

Super location, the lake was across the street, lot of amenities close by. Pool was nice. Breakfast great! Staff very friendly! Room was large and spacious. There was a fridge and microwave. There was no coffee maker in the room but One was brought up when I requested one.

Not much negative about this hotel. No coffee maker in the room was the only issue but that was solved by the great staff.

Rather crowded small area to have breakfast. Had to wait for a table. It was rather noisy and limited choice for someone who needed a gluten free diet. Did not meet our expectations but staff helpful.

A bigger area should be made available for breakfast when you have a lot of guests in the hotel and given a more varied choice especially if you have dietary requirements.

The location is perfect on the street. The breakfast is good but I request adding more choices for those people who do not eat meat. It requires low fat dietary. The tea including coffee plus lemon water needs 24 hours in the lobby.

I did not like the eggs - they were not fresh at all. The eggs were from yesterday leftover. Do not add meat in it for those people who are vegan / vegetarian. Horrible choices. I recommend to create menu the healthy choices, please.

Breakfast was very good with a large choice of available items. Coffee was good. Location of the hotel is excellent with a great view at the lake. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

For the evenings in the hotel I would like to have a better selection of TV channels. Normally I do not watch TV and was forced to watch it at the hotel. Regular TV is awful, a couple of movie channels would have been great.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, each bed had a choice of four different pillows. The included breakfast was great: food was fresh, service was quick and responsive and sufficient space was left between tables. The Inn is well located within walking distance to the beach and touristic attractions.

The spa hot tub was not available and this was not communicated to us prior to our arrival or during check in. We only found out when we came down in our bathing suits. The ice machine on the 4th and 2nd floor were out of order. We had to wait for the ice machine on the 3rd floor to make ice.
