Location Execelent,walking distance to eating, shopping, Room had writing paper staff provided local map and businesses to check out. (Note Higher priced hotels never provide paper information anymore) this was great for non techy people. Had King Room excellent value for money, mini kitchen as well with supplies.

Bed was a little soft for my liking, not enough in room coffee(but did not bother asking for more) walking distance to 24 coffee.

Location was easy to find. Check-in was simple and quick. Hosts were friendly and accommodating and couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome. Had plenty of recommendations for places to eat, and umbrellas to borrow in the rain! Lovely big apartment with separate living, cooking and sleeping areas.

Aircon was very noisy (but efficient, which is what really mattered!). A bit dusty in places. But overall a great place to stay.

Extremely welcoming owner with lots of local knowledge and a very cute dog. Very passionate about the room being perfect (which it was)! The room is huge with a fridge, stove, microwave and coffee machine and spotlessly clean. The bed is also huge and very comfortable with high quality sheets/towels etc. Great location and very quiet despite being on the main road.

We’ve stayed here a few times when riding and always great! This time though we were down below and there was a family in the other 2 rooms beside us and they weee not respectful of our space or our motorcycles parked near our room. Staff is great, rooms are comfortable and clean and close to food. We’d definitely stay here again and ask for another room if there’s a big family who likes to drink and let their kids run wild.

Very kind and friendly owners, very helpful as well. The location is very good too, walking distance to downtown and all major amenities. Plenty of parking space.

Rooms could be cleaner. If they could vacuum clean the room and especially under the beds, it would have made a huge difference. I don't think it is too much to ask.

Great value for money. Location to eating facilities excellent. While basic had a really nice feel to the place. Was surprisingly quiet given how close to the main road it was. Had full kitchen facilities which would be really useful for more than a nights stay. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Town had more facilities than expected even with a local Theatre for shows.

Aircon was a bit noisy. Our room only had one in bedroom but our friends also had one in lounge which was much better as they could keep that one on and turn the one in the bedroom off so reduced the noise level. Something to catch you out was the time. Depending on where you were in the town, some places were an hour apart.

Fantastic motel for an overnight stop passing through. The owners/staff are great and the room and real comfy bed superb, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance and free secure safe parking. Would highly recommend this motel and would 100% return.

Nothing, everything was superb and well worth the price paid

We try to stay here on our annual motorcycle trip in June. We trailer our motorcycles there and we are able to leave our car and trailer safely on the property until our return a week or so later. The staff was able to find my iPhone charger I had left behind which was great. Very pleasant and helpful owners rounded out a nice overall experience. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great. The shower was hot and great water pressure. We were greeted and offered a beverage and shown a map of the local restaurants. There was fresh, hot coffee in the morning for our departure. We would highly recommend to other travellers.

This is a family run motel and they are delightful helpful and friendly. They have coffee, fresh apples, snacks for guests in the office, as well as coffee packets for the in room coffee maker. Our room had a king bedroom suite with a separate kitchen / living room. It is not a modern, upscale state of the art facility but it is clean and basic. Would definitely stay there again.
