Clean, deep soaking tub, comfy beds and the staff are amazing!!! This Inn is an all in one establishment. The hotel, convenience store, gas station, laundry and RV park! And we are traveling to Alaska from the lower 48 and we weren’t arriving until long after check-in closes and they gave us their cell number to call when we arrived and they came to check us in for an extra $10 which was totally worth it to us!!!

A little run down, patched holes on the walls that needed to be finished. But it’s older so a little run down is to be expected.

We were in a terrible snowstorm coming from Whitehorse through the mountains, so we arrived late. We did call them to tell them we’d be late. 11:15! When we got there they did not know we had a dog. So they had to cancel us as if we were a no-show, and then rebook us a room. We were charged a different price. We did email YOU that we had a pet, as there was no box to check on the booking form, but evidently that info was not passed on to them. We do not want to be charged twice or penalized, as we did arrive, late, as we told them when we called. They were very nice and we were very glad to have a safe place to sleep. We were exhausted. The Blue Bell is older but well maintained and affordable. My room was perfectly clean with everything in working order. The motel business is managed by a separate person than is the Service station/convenience store. She has extensive hospitality management experience. That inspires customer confidence!

Not a fault of the motel or management, but because Fort Nelson seems to be currently enjoying the presence of a number of street people and the motel rooms are at ground level, guests can be targeted for requests for donations. At least I was on two occasions...

The price, the location, the freindly staff, the clean rooms, excellent bathroom and easy accessible as I am disabled. 2 separate rooms full kitchen were appreciated and smoking rooms are very rare to find these days.

The long drive into the wilderness in the darkness is not very enjoyable. Getting a good night's rest is so good and the drive the next day is very scenic. Nothing negative about the motel at all . Its 100% the best in the area!

I like everything about Blue Bell Inn. The staff are very professional, exceptional services, and the price is right for a night. You get a kitchenette, and it feels like home.It is a great place.

The only thing I find is the mattress it's a bit hard on my back, which hurts a bit. Mind you, everyone is different because some people do like hard mattresses, so for that I think it's hard to please everyone.

Convenient location on the Alaska highway next to a gas station and restaurants with fully stocked kitchen.

Bathroom floor and bedding could be more crisply cleaned

This appears to be an older property but clean and well maintained. Our unit came with a kitchenette. We were on a motorcycle and were able to park right outside our door. The folks who checked us in were very nice and answered all questions about nearby food, stores, etc.

Location, size of room, AC, mini kitchen, full bath with tub. Close to restaurants, shops and stores, nearly everything in walking distance.

Dated furniture and carpet.

Close to everything, has AC, mini kitchen, kitchen supplies, plenty of room, great price, very kind,helpful, friendly and professional staff.

Furniture/couch is dated and due for replacement.

Everything was absolutely amazing since the front desk who was so helpfull and ready to help, kind, polite and nice like the housekeeping who keep the rooms so clean and smelling so fresh and giving it a home feeling! I even stayed the next day too!
