Having a fitness center and pool with waterslide was a huge pick me up for a family who's been driving for days! The breakfast had a ton of variety and was delicious. The surroundings felt safe and well cared for. It was also very easy to find.

It's surrounded by other hotels and restaurants. It's always nice to have some kind of outdoor scenery or places for a nice walk, but that's very picky.

The pool was lovely after a full day of driving, the hot tub and the slide were excellent. I was also happy that they had pool towels, so we didn't have to use the ones from our rooms. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Great stay, will definitely come here again of wee have to stay in Fort Nelson.

I wish they had some fresh fruit at the breakfast, but the oatmeal and yogurt were good. The TV was maybe a bit small, but the audio and the graphics were good. Beyond that, no complaints about anything.

We loved the outside access our room had giving us the ability to have our boat right outside our door gave us piece of mind, plus the waterside was a blast, the pool was a great temperature and the hottub just finished it off 😀

The discount for the Boston Pizza was a nice bonus but only applied for eat in which we weren't told until after we ordered and walked over to pick it up but that's probably more BP's fault rather than the hotel

Staff went above and beyond to help me when the laundry machine was not working. Really appreciated the kindness of both the evening and morning front desk staff.

The location was great! It was right off the highway, easy to find. Beds were super comfortable, pillows were fluffy! Lady at reservations desk was kind and patient, as I arrived a tad later than expected. Very happy breakfast was included!

Parking instructions could have been a bit clearer, very limited.

Exceeded my expectations for a Super 8! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many choices.

The room was quite lovely, very quiet, with lots of little details that are so nice.

I had room to park my semi truck while I got a room for the night. Boston pizza in the parking lot. Staff was so easy to deal with very relaxed. Room was comfortable and hot tub was great.

Pool w/ slide was a huge hit! As were the 3 queen beds and being able to park right at door.

More pillows per bed would be great.

Really nice properry with parking for truck with trailer. Good continental breakfast before heading out on Alcan.
