There were unexpected plumbing problems in our room so when we arrived there was no room available anymore, which made us really angry at first (we had booked 5 months in advance) But after a quick chat with the very nice owner, he organized another perfectly fine room for us close.by and invited us for dinner in one of his beachfront restaurant. So after a bit of hassle, we had a perfect night and evening. Everything was handled very professionally. The second night we stayed at the spring villa hotel, which is totally to recommend. Clean, spacious and quiet!

Smart, efficient check-in. Called the telephone number at entry, personnel came down right away. We were checked in with two keys and a slip of paper that provided us with Wi-Fi information and a phone number to call if we had any problems. Big room with fridge and coffee maker, plenty of towels, great bed and bedding, internet TV, and window A.C. The location is right on the esplanade, and free parking is available at the rear of the hotel, accessible from both the front and back. Excellent value for the price

If we had booked earlier, we would have grabbed the lakefront view room, which had an excellent view of the lake.

The room and set up was well done. Not fancy but well worthwhile considering the price. Parking was easy and we could see our car from our room.

Stairs to climb to get to our room. We were offered a 10% discount in the restaurant but when we came down for breakfast the restaurant was locked. No signs regarding hours. When I looked online it said the restaurant was closed on Thursdays. This should have been mentioned when we checked in. The only hitch in a great stay

The price-location ratio was just excellent! The bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

The furniture and tiles in the bathroom were a little old. The white bed linen was clean and fresh, but there were a few stains - streaks, as far as I understand from the dryer (I had similar issue with my dryer in the past, so I didn't complain). Ventilation in the bathroom was very loud.

Great location right on the front strip with easy parking at the back. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room (rear facing ) with everything we needed for our stay. Comfy beds. Quiet. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. It may be a little tired and dated for some but the room was clean and that's all that mattered to us. Great value for money (we booked early and got an amazing rate)

The price and location were excellent.

I have trouble walking up and down stairs, so the units being upstairs were a challenge for me. The room was nice but there was a mixture of old an new furniture and although some areas of the bathroom look newly renovated the actual tub and shower look like they are from the 70's. I would not recommend this place for anyone one with a disability or for the elderly due to the stairs.

Very comfortable room, great location. Best thing is the value of the room . The bathrooms are a bit dated , no much in the way of facilities. But if you're looking for a clean comfortable room with a good TV, tea / coffee facilities to sleep in that is in a great location (right on the lake) this is the place. There are rooms with a lake view and the car parking is very good. The staff are excellent.

We were woken up at 6.00am the first morning by lots of noise from the room below us. Not sure if somebody was leaving early but it went on for an hour making sleep impossible. I think there were several vacant rooms, a pity we weren't in another one. Otherwise it was good, the room was large and everything was comfortable.

We stayed May long weekend for 3 nights for $251. Amazing value. Our room faced parking lot, which was not a problem as we were tired when we got to room. The view from the front of hotel is spectacular. The food for lunch was phenomenal and super quality and taste. I will remember this place. Our room was also very large with 2 queen beds and comfortable mattresses. Highly recommend for the amazing view and value you get. Renard-Alberta

at the night around 10:40pm i went out to move my car in parking and that time i forgot my room key in room and i was trying to call reception desk to help me and open my room, one lady came after keep trying to call and she helped us that is really appreciated but she was so upset because i wake up her in night, and she said i will not come if you gonna locked your room again.
