Hot Springs, Room with view, clean, lots of parking, front desk was helpful and friendly. Moisturizing soap bar, nice smelling shower gel, shampoo. Loved the atmosphere of the springs (wood and rocks)

Over an hour wait to check in (had five front desk clerks). I recommend having either more staff or offering staggered check ins (i.e. allow half of guests to check in between 3pm and 4pm and the other have 4pm to 5pm) No kitchen (no microwave, no bowls or cutlery. Was give paper and plastic fork to eat my breakfast, no creamo (white powder for tea/coffee) Over paid as I booked a few days before. Would return only if I got a cheaper rate. (Apparently all guests I spoke to did) But it was our 1st time there and we decided to splurge. We loved it !

The breakfast was well organized, but way overpriced.

I am not sure what resort fees are for. These should be included in the price or not charged at all...

Room with view of lake, free bathrobes to wear. Beautiful location, near nice walks around the lake. Near the hot spring source where some people have made little natural pools to sit it- wish we had known this was possible. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. A very kid-friendly place; glad we brought our grandson.

No slippers provided to wear to the hot springs pools. Pools are lukewarm, only hot tub inside is hot enough. No option of unfiltered springs, chlorine added to everything. Not frequent enough cleaning of pools and lobby. Very crowded, lots of lines.

The pools.

The bed-very uncomfortable. Bathroom- no counter for toiletries. Restaurants-didn’t use…too pricey.

The staff was exceptional from the time we checked in until we left, especially the check in ladies who were extremely helpful. This was a family vacation and everyone had a wonderful time. I didn't go in the pools due to health issues but my daughter spent many hours enjoying them. We ate at three restaurants in house and all of them had delicious food. We only had a short time to stay but enjoyed every minute. Looking forward to a trip back.

Liked everything in our room but would have used a microwave if provided, but realize it could be a safety issue.

The location and the polls were great. We had a awesome time with our friends there. The lobby was so beautiful and cozy. I love the chimney was located at the lobby. Also. The hotel has a room with round tables and some board games for playing.rooms were so clean and comfortable.

Three things should be considered: 1- the payment is for less than 24 hours (4pm to 11am) and it's not fair. 2- the rooms are not equipped with any microwave or electric kettle. 3- the breakfast is not included and if you want to use the buffet you have to pay 33$ and its not cheap for each person. So it's better the breakfast should be included or decrease the cost of buffet.

We found this a very convenient place to stay, travelling back from Banff, a few hours drive from Kamloops and about 90 minutes from Vancouver. The hotel overlooks the lake and the hot springs are fed in to the pool system in the spa of the hotel. There are quiet hours set aside for adults only so no children at that time. Great complex of indoor and and door swimming pools and pools to just soak in. Great reception hall and room was really good too. Wish we had spent two or three days here. On the approach to the hotel we passed a pub/bar and an off licence/wine store next to each other. Both were excellent, food great in the pub/bar and wine selection exceptional in the wine store and very helpful people in both.

All was good. Instructions on what to do with towels when down at the spa would be helpful - basically use the towels in the bathroom.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in front of the lake with a beautiful walking trail along the shoreline. The hot spring pools were incredible, very well-maintained, and the best feature was the separation between the adult and children’s pools, offering a more relaxing experience. Additionally, there were indoor pools available for those who preferred to stay inside.

The air conditioning system was a bit unusual. The fan runs continuously, so even when the room reaches the set temperature and the heating stops, the fan keeps blowing, which can make the room feel cold. Typically, the system should turn off entirely when the desired temperature is reached and only restart when it gets cooler. Additionally, breakfast wasn’t included in the stay and was a bit on the expensive side.

Hotel and staff was excellent. Rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable.

One thing - they request to shower before entering pools but there are no open showers to find to rinse quickly. The bathroom only has one private shower which had a line because people were bathing. Put two or three (two outside, one inside) well exposed open showers around the pool area to encourage proper rinsing. I was surprised this nice hotel did not have this as most beach parks have a public shower for rinsing off for free. Cuisine could use a lift.

Our stay was great in respect to a large swimming pool (we swim laps), an excellent group of hot spring pools and spa services. Beds were very good and the HVAC gave a perfect range of warm and cool.

The property is due for a makeover. We loved the vintage aspects so don’t change that but the fixtures were showing their age and difficult to regulate. Our carpet was worn and looked grungy. The men’s showers by the pool offered a choice of scalding hot or freezing cold as the controls were loose and would not stay at a temperature. The equipment in the gym was spotty with some malfunctions.
