It's just 20 minutes away from Harrison Hot Springs and I do like the location as it is much quieter. The staff who helped us with check-in was very nice. The staff was very welcoming and let us check in 1 hour earlier than the scheduled check-in time. The room was neat and tidy, with complimentary coffee capsules and a fridge that works really well. It even has a microwave which is a surprise to me. The bathroom looked newly renovated and it had everything we need (shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, etc)
The only thing is that there are some stains on the towels but I normally bring mine so it's not really a big issue for me. One more thing, the wall was not that soundproof, but I did get a restful sleep that night.

The property was very close to the wedding we were attending. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant attached to the property.. we stopped for a quick bite prior to an event. The service was fast and the food was good.
Prior to my arrival I had questions about needing to have an early check-in time in order to attend an event in the area. I did not get any response from anyone even though I tried for 2 weeks via email and phone call. In the end we just showed up early and hoped we could get into our room to freshen up for our event. It all worked out, but a response ahead of time would have been nice. The restaurant doesn’t open until 11am and doesn’t serve breakfast.

I liked the rustic look of the building and the modern look of the rooms. I was great that there was a good pub for dinner and that there was parking available for my pickup and long trailer. I'm also a motorcycle rider and this place is obviously a great destination for motorcyclists.
The accommodations were completely adequate so the things I didn't like were personal to me.

Stayed here for one night on the way to the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. Great location for staying out of the hectic cities, and they are pet friendly for a $20+tax fee. The room was very up to date with quiet A/C and a comfortable bed -- extremely good value for an overnight stay. Judging by the number of folks at the pub downstairs, it's a popular location off the beaten path.
Rooms are compact -- a building of this age just doesn't give much room to work with. They clearly did the best they could with the space available. Also, all rooms are on the second floor and access is only via stairs, so plan accordingly!

Cleanliness is everything and this place makes the mark. It’s also delightful and family owned forever. One of the few places I’ll always be happy to return to.
The blinds didn’t 100% cover the window so we had an early surprise of light coming through.

It was a great hotel! Staff was super friendly, they let us check in early and were super helpful and communication was great. Laid back and comfortable rooms. Just what we needed for our stay.
The fire alarm went off due to a film crew that was there, these things happen so no hard feelings. The owners got there right away and everything was sorted out quickly. Thanks!

The food at the pub was very good and all the staff we spoke with are very friendly and always had a nice story to share about the area or the hotel.
There were some cobwebs in the bathroom and the bed could have used more than the two pillows provided. The staff brought some up right away when we requested more though.

Super clean room and space for everything even though the room is small. Very well thought out. Having a fridge and microwave a huge bonus.
The only place to sit is on the bed and two extra pillows would make it a lot more comfortable.

Such a great facility and excellent restaurant adjoining.
The codes to the main entrance and to the rooms themselves were not easy to get to work - I entered my main door code for two couples who were having trouble.
