Clean room and bathroom, wall paint in room and outside looked very fresh and clean, had the basics needed for one night traveling through, free filtered water (had to ask about it as it was located in the laundry room), appreciated the breakfast option (though this was very basic and to go style with packaged muffins and muesli bars and some fruit), free parking

AC was so cold as we entered the room, we were absolutely freezing and had to change this to heat, very unusual way to get water out of the shower head, annoying that we had to ask staff to find out how this works and were not told proactively on check-in, loudly arguing guests in neighboring room in the middle of the night

Front desk staff were very friendly and the light continental breakfast was perfect. Coffee was one of the best we have had in our previous hotel stays. The room we had was exceptionally clean and pleasant smelling, like it still had the new smell to it.

Pillows are all feather and not standard size once unfolded from the making. It would be nice to have both firm and soft pillows played out on beds.

We stay here every year while our family camp at Cultus Lake, its a five(ish)minute drive to waterslides and campground. Walking distance to restaurants, bar and shopping. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Theres a coffee machine and fridge in the room and also coffee available in the office. By far, the best Motel in the area.

Its their policy, which they tell you upfront, to put $200 on hold on your credit card. Its only a hold, not a charge but it sometimes takes several days to be cancelled.

Two of the guest canceled and was not able to change booking to reflect a lower price due to there being only 2 guests not 4 and they offer a small discount to fisherman but this was not available either and was told that was due to booking online very disappointed by the as service is service period no excuses !!!

Nice modern building in a quiet area with a very clean suite and comfortable suite. Friendly lady at the front desk.

Could use some modern plugs for electronics.ie many motels have light fixtures with handy plugs for electronics. Ie usb c etc

I like the hotel because is closer to the cultus lake water park and also very clean. And friendly staff to assist us when we arrived.

One I notice is the exhaust fan at the washroom is a bit noisy at room 11. And everything is good.

The staff member was very helpful in finding me a parking spot for my truck and trailer. Very clean and quiet room.

There were no USB outlets in the room. I had a cable but no ac adapter. I was hoping to charge my phone but to no avail.

Beautiful clean hotel. Close to where we needed to be, easy access to the trans canada highway comfortable and spacious room with a huge bathroom. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Great place would say there again!

The showers were hard to figure out, and I was gimped at the time, so really hard to bathe. I was undressed, so I didn’t want to go out of the bathroom to call. It may be worth mentioning to your guests at check in. Stairs are hard when being disabled.

Clean, modern rooms. Front desk staff friendly. We liked that the property is not close to the center of town, so quieter during the night.

Nice modern wood style blinds but, they do not keep the light out. Might be an issue for some.
