Overall good. Like that there is real cutlery for breakfast. Would be better with real plates and cups, better for the environment. Note good that an outdoor ashtray was there for smokers, but it was broken and most of the butts were on the ground below the ashtray. Needs repairing and Butte cleaned up. Then ashtray maintenance would be a good idea.

The compost was closed. Staff said they did not want to attract fruit flies. They are easy to manage. Just use compostable bags and seal up right away after breakfast or when full for pickup. Compost in garbage produces methane gas at the landfill. A very bad greenhouse gas, 10 times worse than carbon dioxide. Also there used to be a waffle machine, frozen ones not as nice as freh made. For juice switch to paper cups, better than plastic. Or even better glass cups for juice and ceramic coffee mugs.

Beds were comfortable. Room had all the necessities - coffee maker, fridge, microwave, desk, etc Complimentary bottled water provided in the fridge. Toiletries like soap, bath gel, shampoo, etc were of very good quality. Coffee with included breakfast was great, Starbucks True North blend. The convenience of complimentary breakfast worked well for us. Everything was pretty much what I have come to expect of a Coast hotel.

Nothing major. However, no nice little extras like makeup wipes. Glasses were big & heavy and looked like the cheap quality found in low end restaurants especially compared to the mugs & wine glasses which were standard hotel quality. Breakfast was your basic continental breakfast - cereal, oatmeal packets, toast, bagels, pastries, yogurt, boiled eggs, pre-packaged waffles (dry & sugary) etc. Had hoped for a better breakfast since it was a Coast hotel but then again most Coast hotels don’t have a complimentary breakfast.

Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very attentive. Hotel was quiet and clean. Spent a week on the road with a different hotel every night and this was definitely the best!

The room we were given was under renovations and should not have been used. Patches on the wall, holes in the wall, no closet doors, no handles on the dresser. Also king rooms are only on the top floor. Needed a king room as it is easier for my wife to maneuver in her power wheelchair, but for safety in an emergency it is NOT, safe to have wheelchairs on the top floor that would have a hard time evacuating without the elevator! There should be king rooms available on all floors!

The bed was better than my own bed at home. The bed and pillow were worth the stay. I have stayed in hotels with slabs of concrete to sleep on (at least, that’s what it felt like) so I was nervous. Imagine my relief after my first night’s sleep at this one. I stayed for five nights.

The complimentary breakfast offered cereal and toast, bagels, pastries and such but no hot food like scrambled eggs. This frugal offering didn’t turn me off, though. Frankly it’s what I eat at home.

As expected when I booked. Not perfect, but quite acceptable. Plus the "Coast" chain was Canadian created and remains a Canadian brand. The continental breakfast was average. I loved looking out on shrubbery from my 2nd floor window instead of the city. It's built into a hill. Would stay again.

My son had put up streamers and balloons in the hallway (not in a distructive manner) for my 65th birthday. While we were out they disappeared. Didn't get around to asking if housekeeping took them or......? Saddened me when I returned to the room.

Conveniently located to everything Abbotsford had to offer. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. If you like to take baths after a long day, the bath tubs were deep and relaxing. I loved all the amenities in the bathroom. Bee kind. The rooms have a refrigerator/freezer and Microwave. Beds are comfortable. There is a spaghetti factory in the parking lot. As tempting as it would be to dine there. It was just okay. If you have a pet , they do have a grassed pet area for your fur baby. Also a nice continental breakfast.

Clean, great air conditioning, fresh ice, very comfortable beds, and included breakfast. Great value for price! Have stayed yearly for the last 10 years.

The pop/juice machines in the lobby. Had to ask the desk clerk to help us. She must have pushed the same buttons for a can of pop 6 times to try to get the buy button to work so we could pay on c/c and then to have to do it again for a second can of pop. Apparently someone has been told about this but nothing has been done. FIX THESE MACHINES!!!!

Room was good, quiet, clean. easy parking, close to where we were visiting and easy access to the freeway. My wife was very pleased to be the winner of the small welcome gift. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The continental breakfast was good.

We did not want a pet friendly room but it was fine. The main reason for booking this hotel was for the hot tub but the last two times it has been out of service. Apparently they were waiting for a part but I get the impression they don't plan to fix it.

Stayed here before because of it's easy access to and from the highway. Great location and quality for an overnight stay mid journey to the Island. All staff we encountered were friendly, room was comfortable and shower was good. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Very good variety for a continental breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms very comfortable. They were quick to assist in any way needed and answer all questions.

The breakfast is a little lacklustre, but free food is free food! Some warm options for food would be great. The hot tub was under repair both times we stayed. That was disappointing as it was a very desirable feature. Laundry would have been nice, especially if you were a long term guest.
