The stay was great. McKenzie helped us once with a lost room key. She was kind and engaging. The customer service we received from her was excellent. She wasn't over the top friendly which can be tiresome when traveling. I messed up and forgot the name of the person who checked us in but id like to shout her out too. There was some confusion regarding how many rooms we had booked and she got it handled right away and was very kind. We were in town for my grandpa's funeral so a messed up hotel booking could have been a very stressful situation but she made it extremely easy and stressless.

2 things. We couldn't figure out how to run the fan on the ac unit without it being either hot or cold. A fan only setting would be nice. Im sure it has that option, we couldn't figure it out tho. The other thing is totally out of the hotels control. Our neighbors were quite loud for a couple hours during the night. Sounded like they were having a good time. Over and over again.

Breakfast was great, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The location is about 5 mins from downtown Lynden, and about 20 minutes outside Bellingham. You're also about 5 miles from the Canadian border which crosses almost directly into Abbotsford. The staff were very friendly. Plus you are located close to a lot of different services within walking distance such as grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. There's a nice steakhouse that's a part of the hotel, but it's very pricey.

It's kind of expensive, but with it being a brand new hotel (as I write this) that's kind of a given. Their gym and pool are kind of small, especially the gym.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are all great. The beds are comfortable and the shower in the bathroom is one of the best, for water pressure, that we have ever encountered before. We will definitely stay there again.

Well...we were really looking forward to having a nice dinner and cocktail in their restaurant, Wissota Chophouse, but it was closed for a private party. So..it was a very short walk to Taco Bell. A little disappointed to say the least. We will definitely go back though and have our dinner.

The room was nice, the beds were very comfortable, we will use them again.

the shower heads were way too restrictive, it was hard to get clean!!! Communication amongst the staff, seemed to be a struggle, to be expected, being a new operation.

The staff were great and friendly, 5 mins from Lynden fair. Some.kf the best sleep I have had in a long time. The bed and pillows were amazing.

There was no jacuzzi and breakfast was bland

Perfect location for our visit to Lynden. This hotel has everything you could want for a perfect stay. The rooms are large with coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. The breakfast had great options.
