The breakfast was good, but we were hoping for eggs with bacon. It doesn't seem like the breakfast room is set up for that, though. Also a few more selections of tea would have been amazing - Earl Grey or something with spices like cinnamon are nice. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and got me an extra blanket.

The bathroom was stocked fairly well, but we only had shampoo, no conditioner. Also, our room was right next to heavy traffic. A couple vehicles were a little loud and woke us up, which is not anyone's fault, but next time we will request a room further from the main road.

The bed was excellent and the room was quiet. Breakfast wasn't exceptional but it was adequate.

The building and room appear worn and the AC unit seemed to struggle a bit but by the time I returned from dinner, the room was cool. The plastic utensils at breakfast were flimsy, I couldn't cut the waffle with the knife. There were sufficient amounts of food and drinks though. My biggest complaint about breakfast would be the minimal signage identifying the room. It required a room key to enter and there was only a small sign on the door.

Good location close to freeway, mall, and other conveniences. Good continental breakfast. Elevator. Parking. Cable. Wifi. Good price which i could afford. There were signs of low income or long term tenants however we were not bothered in room or with our vehicle anytime we've stayed here. Easy ck in.

Washer was broken and only dryer available. Beds were not super comfortable. Bedding was thin Could use a thicker quilt or comforter to keep warm. Maybe bacon for breaky lol. Could use a deep clean.

The reasonable price for good room.

Breakfast to stay open longer than just 9:30 AM. Some of us plan on slleping as late as possible and leaving at 11:00. Would be awesome to have breakfast available until 10 or 10:30 in the morning. The front desk had not looked at special requests for the room that I madde when I secured the room. Even after talking to them at check in, I still did not get a room that met my needs. Perhaps they were just unable to acoomodate at that point in time.

Great location and very clean hotel. The room had a little food odor but likely from a different area on the floor drifting over to our room. The room was very clean and the breakfast had a great selection of food. The room also had USB ports to charge our phones built into the lamp. The room refrigerator and microwave was an unexpected plus.

The indoor pool was not open. One of the reasons booking this room was to have a little exercise in the pool, but the pool was closed.

The beds are comfortable and had a good rest after flying from Alaska to Seattle then Bellingham.

The handle to the bolt lock in rm 325 is missing and just had to rely on the regular door lock and the security bar that slides over the door. Didn't really feel to safe however the night guy at the front desk assured me that he does security rounds.

Breakfast - Other than we had to wait for coffee refill, it was good. I heard suggestion in the breakfast room a request for yogurt. Loved the waffles! Location - excellent, easy to get to various shopping areas Rooms - perfect for what we were looking for, which was a bed, a fridge/freezer and an adequate bathroom

Parking lot is confusing. Ready for updated decor

The breakfast was small but still sufficient. The location was very good, close to the mall and a very nice park. Bur also right by the I-5 corridor, so easy to get anywhere you want to get to.

It would have been better if the walls had better noise control.

On bus stop. Next to restaurant. Disability rooms ATM Home-like atmosphere-. Affordable.

Elderly need chairs with higher seats or we get stuck and can't get up

Literally the best in the west, my room felt so old style British royalty and everything exceeds my expectations, mattresses so new and high you might break a leg falling down from them, morning breakfast was an extra plus.
