My dad and I didn't know exactly what to expect, but everything was better than we imagined. We met the famous Anthony at the front desk and I can see why everyone raves about him. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The breakfast was nice. The yogurt is actually the best part!! 15 grams of protein, yum!! The rooms were comfy and clean too.

There wasn't really anything that was super horrible. If I have to be picky ... the doors to be a little thicker maybe to muffle out the hallway sounds. As well as the beds are maybe a little too soft. Still really comfy but could leave some people sore in the morning. For breakfast... maybe add one or two more cereals and a waffle iron? Overall nothing that felt like the end of the world.

The best part of our stay was Mandy who checked us in and out for our stay. She’s an absolute gem and if it wasn’t for her, the rating of this inn would not be as generous. She was so sweet, accommodating, and really wanted to ensure our stay was comfortable. Only because of her was our stay as comfy as it was.

It’s kind of in a sketchy area and you can tell it’s an older building and room.

I appreciated the bathroom was designed with the sink and mirror outside the shower area. Much of the room has been remodeled but it had some quirks like a pink toilet. I really didn’t care about old towel bars and pink toilets. It was very clean and comfortable for what we paid.

The shower water handle was really tricky. It appears to be broken so getting it adjusted to warm water flow was difficult. the water never really flowed hot enough to need to turn it down.

Location and proximity to the family and friends was good. We traveled alot between different areas of the county to visit.

The breakfast was nothing like breakfasts that I have had at other Baymonts. Our room would not close all the way. One had to push on the door to close and latch.

Check in and check out was easy quick and very great option for busy folks The evening staff was very friendly and helpful even with us checking in very late

Morning staff wasn't very pleasant Our room had empty shower soap and shampoo and no hand soap

I like the people there there very nice and friendly. I love the room I was in it’s was big and room and I enjoyed relaxing time with my husband. You can walk around in there’s place you can walk to that close to the hotel if you don’t feel like driving again.

No much to dislike.

I really like the price , wasn’t expecting much but it was really nice , they have made changes to their rooms looks better. Lighting in the room could be improved. Breakfast was great for the price

Room was nice, it was clean, lots of hdmi power slots super convenient. Staff was friendly, coffee maker fridge and microwave in room.

Street people roaming the parking lot. Walked to grocery store, lots of sketch Street people sizing you up.

Stayed for one night. Good location, decent sized room, good breakfast spread with multiple options. Price point also is very good. I do recommend.

The bed mattress was too soft for me. I like it firm.

Everything was great! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

This was not the hotel fault. We were approached by homeless on drugs while my husband was on the smoking bench. I have sympathy for the homeless, however they were on something being confrontational. Again this is a national crisis and not the hotel.
