Breakfast had a wide variety, lots of tea and coffee available. Pleasantly surprised that there was an elevator to top floors, as haven't seen this with many motels in a similar vein. Staff members encountered were very friendly and courteous. Location feels reasonably safe and easy access on and off the highway, very close to shopping and restaurants in Bellingham. Rooms were very clean, and bed was comfy.

Rooms a bit dated and some fixtures seen better days, nothing major. Property has lots of rules, but signage is clear and they're presented before the stay (strict visitor policy, no cats, etc)

It has a good ratio price/quality, the room was big enough with plenty of space, more than the average hotels with similar prices. Bathroom and the kitchen were clean, as well as the sheets and towels.

The pillows were too thick/tall, I don't understand how people can sleep with the neck making an angle of 60 degrees. Also, I don't like carpet floors, I understand is the cheapest way to have a floor covered and apparently clean but everyone know is not clean at all. Anyway, both things are the same for most of the hotels, so this one it was very good. I'd stay again if I go to that area.

It was in a great location for us to go do our bike rides and close to lots of food and shopping.

Wish there was a little coffee pot in room. Our 1st night there was a couple in the pool who looked like they were using the pool like a private room and and turned us off from going to the pool or hot tub and I hope extra chlorine was put in pool. After 9pm never saw their truck or them.

The pool is located in the sunny spot, and it was clean and the breakfast in the morning included pancakes and sausage and eggs and many other items.

There are a few details such as the sidewalks need repaving around the property, and the door was peeling paint on the outside and in the bathroom some of the trim around the floor needed cleaning, and there was no coffee pot in the room

Hidden gem between Seattle and Vancouver. Keep in mind that this is a motel, not a hotel. Staff were awesome, room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had eggs, sausage, make your own waffles as well as yogurt, fruit, cereal... plenty of items for everyone and hot coffee/ tea. This was a perfect place to stop on our way to Vancouver right off the main highway. Would definitely stay again, amazing value.

I really like the mattress it was very high quality. Breakfast was also very good and I feel like the staff is really on top of things and I felt safe and everything was very clean. Didn't I

Okay there was another guest who would do a lot of yelling so that wasn't cool and maybe the staff could do something about that. I could have said something but I was afraid he might try to retaliate or something. It's not the staff's fault, a tough spot to put them in.

The Best mattress we have had in a hotel in a long time. Contrast with good but very small pillows. Breakfast was good. Did not use the pool, though I noted the area was clean and well maintained. It was quiet in our wing, but I suspect the side facing I5 might be noisy.

No coffee maker in room, that we could find. Toilet was very low.

Very clean, tidy, basic amenity, good value, a fridge and a microwave in a room, receptionists were always very nice and pleasant, basic but good breakfast, location, dog friendly, an elevator, luggage carts, plenty of parking, near a large park for strolling.

If a hotel guest is a light sleeper, he/she may want to travel with an ear plug. Each unit's air conditioning/heater could be noisy, but we used the heater till we went to bed and the room kept its warmth and was fine. The freeway is nearby, so some units may hear traffic.

The room was comfortably furnished and the spacious bathroom had everything needed for a stress-free stay. The breakfast was generous and the food and coffee was very good. The dining area was always clean and relaxing. Easy check in and check out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No complaints.

I extended my stay an extra night and was at work during the usual room cleaning. The woman at the front desk wanted my dirty towels before she would give me clean ones. I guess it’s understandable but then again if I am on the second floor and you ask me for all my towels and only give me one bath towel and a hand towel in return
