The room layout was ideal for our needs, with a separate sitting area with TV and desk area, and the separate bathrooms (toilet/sink and shower/sink). the heating system was quiet and accurate, and the extra blanket was nice (we like to sleep in a cool room). The hot tub was wonderfully hot and the whole pool room was pleasantly warm and steamy because of it; the breakfast was a nice plus, and cheerful in the morning, the typical and abundant hotel breakfast. I also really appreciated the earlier check in at 3:00, and later checkout at 12:00. That was really helpful. We were overlooking the main parking in front, but that was not a problem, super quiet anyway. Will definitely book here again.

I brought my Nespresso machine, and was glad I did, I would have been happy with a Keurig but no, so an upgrade for better coffee machine would be great. Next time I'll ask for a room in the back with a view of the Cascades, Other than that it was really great.

Easy location

Very noisy, guess seemingly unconcerned about the people below them, which was me. Difficult to sleep because of constant noise from several different guest. Reported to the desk and even went upstairs three times myself to speak to the guest about their noise and about children running around at 1:30 in the morning.

Went to see a show and do some hiking. Hotel was well located for shopping, meals, proximity to town. Overall very pleased with the room - very spacious, lovely sitting area somewhat separate from sleeping area which was lovely. Separate WC from shower/vanity/sink which is wonderful. Recently redone and very clean and comfortable. Lovely yogurt and fruit at breakfast. Would stay again if in the area.

It's a chain, so... and prices seem high no matter what for what one gets nowadays. That said, this was a less expensive option than some others in the area, and suited us well for our needs.

We stayed here before and it met each of our expectations. It's a nice and affordable stay when the family is looking to have a quick getaway from Vancouver. It's close driving distance to groceries and the Bellis Fair Mall. The breakfast was nice and we took advantage of the pool/hot tub.

Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed on the morning we checked out. Possibly for maintenance or cleaning, which is not the end of the world but was hoping to get a warm dip in with the family before we checked out. That's just nitpicking. Otherwise, not much to dislike.

The property was easy to access and had lots of parking available. The room was spacious, and I appreciated having the toilet separate from the sink and shower, especially with my whole family staying in one room. There was a microwave and a mini fridge, which made it easy to make snacks and food for the kids. The free Brexit breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had any hotel, and I’ve traveled a lot. There was a lot of healthy options which made it great for feeding our family instead of the usual hotel junk

We booked a room with space to sleep four people, two adults and two kids however, the pullout couch that was made into a bed was so small my eight-year-old and six-year-old could barely fit on it together. If you were trying to book it for four adults there’s no way everyone would fit. I would suggest that that room be listed as sleeping three, not four.

There was a wet spot when you walked in the door. I called the front desk and she must’ve read it in the computer that the people before us had mentioned it also. But housekeeping was there but didn’t notice it?? It was just kind of weird not knowing why the carpet was wet and making sure my kids didn’t step in it. Not up to par with how beautiful this hotel is. We were given a discount but I think we should’ve gotten a free night.

Great place for families. Pool opens at 6. Breakfast was decent and easy. Laundry on site. Locked garage for safe overnight parking.

Some damage to walls in rooms and blackout curtains didn't close completely, letting some light in, but mostly the place was in really good shape.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Absolutely a pleasure staying there. Felt like a queen! The staff was so caring and the facility was immaculate. The swimming pool and hot tub were wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Bellingham.

NOT a thing!

Everything except the tv was great. And we had a bathroom sliding door that was off its hinge.

The TV didn't connect to YouTube and occasionally disconnected from Netflix, and some of the tv channels didn't work. The bathroom door was off of its hinge, but I called the front desk so someone could fix it.

The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Although I was there by myself, I really appreciated that the bathroom was split (shower room & separate room for the toilet) with a sink in each. Also grateful to have a microwave and refrigerator. Although I didn’t use the pool, work out room, bar, breakfast area, business center I really appreciated the full amenities. I would definitely stay again!

My room was generally clean and pretty decent on the most part but I did notice a few things that had been missed: There were crumbs and things on the carpet (not throughly vacuumed), the glass doors to the bathroom were in need of cleaning, the bathroom fans were in need of cleaning, there were a couple of little spots on the bathroom floor and walls that had been missed. I wasn’t aware of all of the amenities such a breakfast, what time the bar area opened/closed, that there was a business center & perhaps a laundry room. While I realize I could have read this on the website, it wasn’t apparent any other way (such as spoken of at the front desk or a booklet of some kind in the room itself- at least not that I saw).
