Great location right off the freeway, plenty of parking, really nice staff, clean rooms with very comfortable beds, clean bathroom with a nice shower.

There was not a complimentary breakfast available although we could have bought breakfast at the restaurant on the property. For the price we paid for the room I was a bit surprised at this. But you are conveniently located next to Fred Meyer which opened at 7 am so we just bought a few things there.

This was my first visit to the Sheraton, and it was a great visit. Austin at the front desk was helpful on the phone before I arrived and throughout my stay. I give the hotel five stars in every category. I loved everything. The Lobby decor, having a peaceful breakfast beside an indoor waterfall, the view of the summit of Mt. Baker from my clean, comfortable, quiet, room. The little extras in their specially created nook for coffee, refrigerator, and microwave. The location, with both Fred Meyer and Whole Foods in easy walking distance. Room service from the Grab and Go cafe was wonderful, and I enjoyed their fish and chips especially. They have shuttle service as far as SeaTac airport. On top of all this, friendly and considerate housekeeping. And all at a very reasonable price. I love this hotel. I will visit again.

I loved everything about it.

The lobby is beautiful, comfortable, and inviting. It made a great first impression that exceeded my expectation for the hotel. The staff who checked us in was very friendly, knowledgable, and told us upfront about the construction going on in the hotel. We did have breakfast one morning and we thought the service, atmosphere, and food were all great.

There was no clock in the room. Not a big deal but I caught myself looking for one a few times. All of our pillows were extra soft, would be nice to have more variety (ex: one extra soft pillow, one firm pillow). It would be nice if the hot tub was open a little bit later than 8pm.

A wonderful place to stop in Bellingham--much nicer than most of the other hotels but not much more expensive. Rooms and facilities were modern and extremely clean. I loved the pool and jacuzzi which was great after a day of cycling. The breakfast was very nice--not a nasty self serve buffet--and not expensive.

I was put in a handicapped room. Not a problem, but the bathroom was unusually large and a little functional looking. But the room itself was very nice.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. No complaints what so ever. We will definitely stay here again. What we appreciated the most was the kindness of ALL staff members. Every single person was so friendly and very helpful. We couldn't ask for more.

We didn't eat breakfast but did eat a light dinner at the restaurant, sitting outside on the terrace. The restaurant staff and terrace setting was very nice. The food was good. We liked the variety of seating outside and the tvs.

The suite and other rooms we booked looked a bit worn and dowdy. There could be more seating options in the suite as we used it to gather and there were six of us total. While it was nice to have an indoor pool option, the space was cold and cavernous. If our grandson were old enough however, he would have enjoyed being in the pool.

It wasn't what was promised. There was a lot of confusion due to the merger with Marriott hotels who had instituted new policies that did not match what was promised with the reservation.

Implementing new hours for use of the swimming pool, new procedures for turning on the TV, and changing the breakfast offering from what was promised with the reservation description plus new incomplete road entry signs.

Breakfast and B-town restaurant were fantastic. The staff was exceptional, welcoming and professional. Amazing Sushi chef! Olivia, Desiree and I believe the chefs name was Sam went above and beyond!

Area around the hotel was dirty and lot of trash not picked up.

Unfortunately I thought it was a continental breakfast. Also food was cold. Did I complain? Also. Fairly quiet with the exception of one jackass down at the pool who kept screaming a bit late in the evening.

Nice space. The attached restaurant was good for drinks and snacks. the room was comfortable and the open pool atrium made it feel sort of oddly tropical. There is a lounge for work and a breakfast for charge.
