I was led to believe there was an airport shuttle - we arrived at 11:59PM. A third party advertiser had not updated the description and amenities....I still hold TownePlace accountable for third party advertising.

What an amazing room. Full fridge, dishwasher, cooking pans, cook top, laundry facilities too. Comfortable bed with good pillows too, not those flat ones. Easy access to Bellingham. Great location to see the whole area. Good breakfast and free. Underground parking.

No negatives

We liked the suite. With little kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, sink, induction cook top, iron, work desk. We were laughing that it’s missing only washing machine. Gym very nice and new. Liked the swim in the pool. Breakfast eggs and sausages were nice cooked. Bar chicken wings was delicious.

All of the above. Great little bar. We had an unexpected change of plans during our stay, so we had to grab a bite of dinner around 8pm. The bar menu was perfect.

Wish breakfast was offered till 11AM. BIG chemical smell in the pool area. The coffee packets were not great. Very weak tasting.

The breakfast was good . We loved our King Suite. Our King Suite was just what we needed for a 2 week stay. Amber who cleaned our room on the full clean day did an excellent job. Overall the facility was immaculate.

the noise from loud mufflers on the cars driving on Bakerview drive. for four nights Apri; 14th to April 18th the people in the room above us on the 5th floor walked like they were cloggers. It was very bothersome to us especially later at night when we were trying to sleep,, I asked for a room change on Monday However, they checked out that same day. The people who were above us after that you could here walking but it was hardly noticeable

We loved the 2-bedroom suite, breakfast in the morning and the pool/jacuzzi and the friendly staff

There isn’t anything we didn’t like

The room/suite is spacious for my family of 5, breakfast each day was very nice--with fresh hot options and lots of spaces to sit, front desk staff very nice; pool area and pool + hot tub are big enough for groups to spread out; location is near freeway and shopping.

I discreetly told the front desk after our first night that the carpets were not well vacuumed and kitchen counters seemed gritty. This was not a small oversight--previous guests' trash was under a rolling ottoman. We have stayed before and this was not an issue. In this economy, everyone is a newer employee, so I recommend they supervise and/or train more to avoid guest complaints.

Navigating the building and garage with one elevator. The TV remote was hard to navigate and the cable was so limited, I used Netflix and Amazon to watch TV.

The rooms were spacious and perfect if you were staying for a long period of time, with the mini Kitchen. Is a great option if you travel for work and have to stay for long periods of time and do not want to always eat out. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and resort in general was really clean and well maintained. There is also a bar that is open 5pm-11pm daily, which is nice, and free breakfast served daily.
