The hotel had EVERYTHING we could have wanted or needed and the staff (ALL OF THEM) were OUTSTANDING and extremely helpful!!!! We couldn’t have asked for anything to have been better!!! The bed was great but the pillows we MAGNIFICENT!!!!

Really we “liked/loved” everything and we WILL BE RETURNING on our next visit to this area…..If I had to say one thing- it would be that the hotel was a little bit harder to see than I expected but we found it without any incident. We passed the proper turn in but simply turned around quickly to access the main entrance. (If you are visiting here soon simply know the driveway is only marked by one sign at the access driveway. The hotel is actually behind the Auto parts store and sits back away from the actual road frontage.) We actually favored how the building was off the street face as it gave the hotel a more private feel and the trees separated the parking area from the roadway, too.

We enjoyed the very comfortable king bed and spacious room with the seating area. The complementary single drink vouchers from the bar when we arrived and the included hot buffet style breakfast the next morning were very nice. We only stayed the one night but definitely would choose to stay here again and for a longer stay.

The toilet in our room kept running water after flushing unless we pushed quickly and not too deeply on the button. Also, the makeup mirror in the bathroom would not hold position and kept sliding down. We let staff know about these issues when we checked out, and they said maintenance would address them.

There were free snacks and drinks per adult per night. We brought our new EV and charged it easily and safely right in front of the building. Only 2 j1172, but no lines we knew of during our 3nt stay. The staff were very helpful, approachable and friendly! We brought our 8mo pup and she got a goodie bag. Very thoughtful. We love staying at different hotels, but after staying in Oxford in Silverdale and now in Bellingham, we don't wish to go elsewhere if possible. Great amenities for terrific prices! We're quickly becoming loyal to the brand. Plenty of well lit parking, totally separate from other lots and directly across from Bellis Fair mall. Excellent location !

The only thing that I saw as a potential problem was only 2 j1772 EV chargers. We we there in January and ours made 5 EVs in the lot. Very upgradable and I don't know annual habits, but EVs have become affordable and the future is here. Not really a problem as Bellingham is festooned with multiple CCS fast chargers and level 2 options. Also spring mattress on fold-out could be made mountains better with memory foam.

We stayed at the Oxford Suites on Saturday night this weekend and loved it! Our very large double queen bed room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable, as were the beds. We were on the 5th floor and the hotel was quiet. They served a glass of wine downstairs in the evening, which allowed us an opportunity to catch up with friends who were also staying at the Oxford and had played in the concert we attended earlier in the evening. In addition, as an older couple, when my husband experienced a health emergency in the middle of the night, Brian at the front desk was a huge help! My husband was transported to Peace Health Hospital, just minutes away, and Brian connected me to my husband’s sister’s room, as they were also staying at the hotel. He also found our car at 3 am that my husband had parked while I was checking in, provided me with directions to the hospital, and offered to extend our stay to allow me time to get organized. His kindness and calmness in those difficult hours was extremely appreciated! Thank you, Brian and thank you Oxford Suites!

Great location with friendly and helpful staff. Checking process is a breeze and they give you drink/breakfast vouchers. The rooms are always clean, and the beds a very comfortable. The showers are great with awesome water pressure. One of the best places to stay for the price.

They only have one elevator that is excruciatingly slow, and their stairs are alarmed fire doors. The staff also have to use the elevator, so it can take some time waiting if you want to get around the hotel. They also don’t have any vending machines, so remember to bring something to drink. I believe they charge close to $5 for a 20oz soda.

Breakfast was adequate. However the people preparing the food used gloves to handle the food preparation, however, when they came out to serve the food trays with gloves, one person coughed over the food. She should have worn a mask while serving the food trays. The breakfast room was clean, however, when I ordered an evening meal on my first nights stay, the bar tender became the cooke and waiter. The Caesar salad sucked!! And, the Spaghetti with meat balls also sucked. It seemed the tomato sauce prepared by the cook aka bartender/ waiter apparently used sugar to sweeten the sauce which is a NO,NO!!?!

My room was a bit too cold; couldn’t keep it warm. The thermostat was programmed for 74 degrees, yet the room never approached 74 degrees. Adjusting the thermostat wo 88 degrees was useless because, as mentioned, the system according to the maintenance person: The thermostat was programmed for 74 degrees, hence, I had to ask for a blanket. Also, the sofa was a bit worn, including the shade/blinds….needs to be replaced.

Very clean and modern. Super friendly and helpful staff. Building has elevator and our ADA bathroom had the nicest shower I have ever used in a hotel with grab bars, fold-down shower bench, and 2 shower heads, one of them detachable! Very generous complementary breakfast and even a free beer and bowl of soup in the evening!

The room was so well insulated that it was a bit warm even with the heat turned off for hours and near freezing temperatures outside. We actually had to open the window a crack to sleep comfortably at night.

A pretty good location, just off I-5, which made getting out to places very easy (although there was construction going on at the turn off, which was tricky to navigate). The room was comfortable.

No place to hang towels within easy reach to be used right after a shower. The wifi kept dropping for my wife and her devices. Breakfast was somewhat inconsistent from one day to the next; items that were out on the first morning were totally absent on the second.

The Bistro was awesome! Great food and to have a complimentary glass of wine was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff were so fun. They welcomed us in our goofy costumes and even offered to take photos for us. They truly made us feel welcome. The breakfast topped us off before we started our travels home. Thank you!

I could not get the TV in the bedroom to work so we had no information on the landslide closing the freeway. Fortunately, a family member contacted us and gave us the information so we could travel home.

We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of our room. The staff at the front desk and the bar were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice vibe. We enjoyed our free drink and appetizer at happy hour, and the breakfast was good. Our room was quiet, and we never had to wait for the elevator. I recommend the hotel.

They could use better signage from the highway. They are located at the top of the hill behind other businesses and their sign is low and small. Everything else was nice.
